Don’t buy direct the service is…

Don’t buy direct the service is terrible. 17 days to have the item delivered. 14 days to respond to an email. You can get the same item £125 cheaper if you don’t go direct. The sizing is ridiculous. Shame because the concept is really good*****Update*** Sent the item back using the return FedEx slip. It got back to LE Gramme in 36 hours. They received the item on the 26th Jan and signed for it. Then I was told 15 days for the refund to be sorted!! Utter joke still not had my money back and now They are ignoring my emails. If I could give them no stars I would avoid going direct they are just shocking at customer service****

Took them 9 months to respond to my review. Just about sums the service up!!!

Top tip for using Trustpilot. Your account manager will tell you to take conversations offline. Keep responses neutral otherwise you can get drawn into public debates! Happy to reinvigorate just how bad your service was if you really want too. Let me know?

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They are crooks. They have charged me £300 per bracelet in fees when the cost of the bracelet is only €450 euros. Their customer service is appalling and I honestly hope you stay clear. I'm having to get my lawyers involved now too.

Lost a loyal customer.

I bought a Le Gramme cuff in the Black Friday Sale. This was my third Le Gramme item. After a week I emailed and didn’t get a response. Then contacted via Instagram and told eventually I would hear back. Eventually I had to ring France. They had issues with their website and now they didn’t have the item in stock. I was offered a refund and a 10% discount code off any full price item. 10% was an insult considering the item i bought was heavily discounted in the sale. By signing up to a newsletter elsewhere I could get 10% off at third party retailers. I would understand if I was at fault but it was admittedly their fault. Annoyingly, I have had really good experiences previously with Le Gramme but if this is how returning customers are treated I’ll go elsewhere.
