Very disappointed – poor service and unhelpful rude communication

Ordered an item from Leicester Hot Tub Hire Ltd via eBay which took far too long to arrive, well beyond the expected delivery window. Due to the delay, I had no choice but to purchase the item elsewhere. When I tried to return the item (still unused and within the returns period), the seller refused. Poor customer service and no flexibility despite the delay being on their side. Would not recommend based on this experience

We had ordered a hot tub locally in April and still didn’t have a delivery date in September. Went to the showroom at Gates Garden Centre near Oakham on the 20th of September, they had what we wanted coming in mid October. Paid small deposit got a text on the 16th and had it fitted the next day.
