Excellent! Bothe Karen and Emma are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, they go above and beyond for very particular customers!

I have just been for my annual sight and hearing check-up at David Bull (Leighton's) opticians in Burnham-on-Sea. They have fantastic equipment, kind and helpful staff, and there is no unwanted sales pressure to buy. They always make my visit comfortable and pleasant and it is always reassuring to have the knowledge and experience of David Bull's expertise behind it.

The staff are professional friendly and courteous
The eye testing is excellent with attention to detail.

The staff in Burnham-On-Sea were really thorough checking my eye health and testing my eyesight.

As my vision had changed since my last test I ordered a new pair of glasses with special high refractive index Zeiss lenses to make them lighter. My previous pair weighed 23g these new ones only weighed 15g so are much lighter. The new varifocal lenses give me amazing vision, reduce glare and improved clarity and colours.

Went for an eye test with a view to getting another pair of glasses. I wanted something that stood out a little but wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for. Hassan was fantastic, ensuring the glasses were the correct size for my face and looking up different colour ranges in various styles. I now have a pair of woow frames that fit what I was looking for. Excellent customer service and I hope he’s there on my visit next time for more superb guidance.

Emma was so helpful and patient in helping me choose the right lenses and frames.

Very good customer service. A nd very nice lady doing eye test. And not pushy.

Karen had previously helped me choose them. She absolutely goes out of her way to help choose the frame giving advice and genuine opinion.

Excellent service and very helpful staff at the Burnham-on-Sea branch.Best eye test I have ever had. They took their time and explained everything at each stage of the test. I had recently undergone eye surgery so it was very important that I had the correct glasses and prescription. Their service and professionalism definitely exceeded all my expectations. Will be returning when I need my next test.

My son lost one lense from his glasses so we made an appointment to order another one. My son was not originally prescribed his glasses from this company but they were so helpful and obliging. Calling the original optometrists to find out his correct lense measurements.

The ladies were so friendly from meeting me at the door to going through and ordering the lense for me.

I will definitely be going back for myself.

After being with David Bull (Leightons) for a few years they was my obvious choice to buy some safety mountain bike glasses. Kate was externally helpful in choosing the make and type. The order was delayed due to the manufacture having issues being covid related, however I was kept up to speed through out and when they did arrive Hannah was very attentive and couldn’t apologise enough (even though it was not the fault of the store) even to a degree that a discount was offered which was very welcomed and extremely nice gesture. 10/10
