That when you are trying contact lenses for the first time, that they should tell you that the lenses are handed, so there one that should be used for your right eye and one for your left eye.

Excellent colleagues take time with you to find the perfect frames.

Everything went well from start to finish, everyone on duty that day were very friendly and accommodating.

Visited Boots Opticians in Kingston Centre, Milton Keynes and will NEVER go there again. Was greeted by a man who told me I'd have to rebook as I was late as next customer was due in soon..
I was only 5 minutes late!!!! Was made to feel like I was nuisance as he continued to tell me that I had had a test within last 2 years so would not get a free test (despite being over 60) and didn't listen when I explained i was struggling to see computer screen.

Well done to this member of staff - you've lost my business, and that of my family too!!

Visited Frome branch last week to get my glasses repaired as bridge pads had come adrift, the two young ladies were extremely helpful, friendly and sorted out the problem efficiently.

Good range of frames to choose from

Went to chelmsford boots opticians. My boots glasses frame had broken. Lovely helpful lady called Julie replaced them after looking at them within 15 mins very good service.

Shuhena Khan was very thorough in her assessment she clearly knows what she is doing I had a detailed examination for neurological purposes

The optician was great and the staff friendly but the shop is too small to comfortably browse for new frames when other customers are in there

I visited boots opticians today with my 80 year old father. They were so patient and through with him. Absolutely fantastic service, the lovely young assistant Katie and the optician Reenal were amazing

The Optometrist James Ma was professional and thorough explaining every stage of my test . He answered all my questions and gave me lots of good advice about my eyes . I would definitely recommend him .
