Great experience with the company
Great experience with the company. Found a great fishing reel, cheaper than everywhere else so placed an online order. Process was very easy and informed expected delivery was 2-3 day's. Very happily the reel was delivered the next day. would definately recommend and will use again.

I had a great experience with Leisure Depot. The website is informative and the ordering process was straightforward. Special thanks to Jo from the sales team for being so helpful over the phone. Delivery was smooth, with a time slot provided, and the driver followed my instructions perfectly. My item arrived quickly and in good condition, as I’ve come to expect from previous orders. Although one part I ordered before didn’t work, the prompt service and overall reliability make me happy to continue using this company. Highly recommend!

Slow delivery
Ordered and paid extra for 24-48 hour fast delivery. Parcel still hasn't arrived after 5 days. Tracking shows yodel has it. Update - very pleased with Leisure depot who have dealt with this very quickly and satisfactorily. Not sure why Yodel didn't deliver it on time.

Great price, quick delivery
Had exactly the item I was looking for and at an excelkent price. The shipping was free and surprisingly quick. Also, the courier used is the only one where you can actually track in real time. I could see exactly where they were on the map.

Happily received our new rain guard
We did not, during our first visit pick the right rain thingy, returns worked well!
We reordered a new type and we had to cancel the delivery date through I'll health but subsequently it arrived. I've still to fit it to our van
