Great service - buying a house is obviously a stressful and complex process, but the Leith Mortgage Centre helped simplify it and provide a lot of reassurance.

Really big warning before going here, oversight of mortgage brokers work is not great, "upsell" turns into "missell" quite easily and you wouldn't believe the admin errors on things as basic like quoting the right mortgage product, or reading your emails. Needed hours of my time on the phone to the mortgage provider to fix the mess and tell them what to input. A friend also had them not reply and lost out on a government scheme to help new buyers as a result, slow, full of errors and not trustworthy.
Not even an apology received after complaining - but instead a letter claiming 'confusion'... how a mortgage broker gets so confused about mortgages is beyond me! Other recent reviews on Google showing lots of wrong product quotes and inability to reply to emails etc - exactly what I experienced...except I had an added layer of lying to sell me insurance top up products too (not just pushy sales...although it was that too, which is apparently company policy... But I mean actual literal lying to me to try and scare me. Luckily I knew it wasn't true, but do not trust them!). Honestly - go somewhere else. Its a free to you service that will cost your mental health greatly!!
