Dear Sidsel,

Thank you for your one star review. We always aim for 5 star reviews and I apologize for the delay you have experienced with your order.

At lemco we employ people at the edge of society as can be seen on our website. We have been 3 men down due to reasons I cannot write on TrustPilot.

We received your order on may 26 (my father's birthday) and processed it on the 27. It left our office on the 27 and sent directly to you. Due to Norway not being part of EU Customs processing occurs, which of course delays packages when bought from outside Norway.

The package was delivered on the 4th of June to you.

I was quickly after the reception notified that two rubber bands were missing in the box. That can be due to a package error at our supplier (we do not open and count every box before sending)

I personally ordered the parts to be sent to you on the 5 of june (to be picked up by a courier for international freights. Due to Pentecost and friday the 6 being a national holiday in the nordics the shipper seemed to miss the pickup.

I did follow up with the shipper and asked them to decrease delivery time due to the reason you needed the two rubber bands quickly and asked them to rush them.

For that on it also has to pass customs (we pay all charges - customs and moms so you would not have any expense for the error that they were not included in the first time.

I see from tracking your order has arrived at Lillestrom yesterday 18 of June.

As your location is in a remote area and more than 1000 kilometers away from us it takes some days to ship.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but we always try to satisfy our clients at the most.

I agree that the shipper has not been quick but the process from us seems to be as quick as I can provide for a product in the price range of 2.000 Kroner. It is not a mass production product like a T.shirt or a cosmetic product with high volume.

Again I apologize but on behalf of the people who work here including myself, I find your dissatisfaction with lemco understandable but a bit exaggerated due to the fact that It is our shipper and the Christian holiday that seems to have been the largest factor to delay delivery to Byrkjelo in Norway.

I do not recon having doubted that the parts were missing, although it has not occurred during my 15 years of experience with this supplier. But mainly trying to ensure that we talked about the right thing missing.

I sincerely hope that you find a supplier in Norway that can help you with your next Dictusband that might have a better shipper.

Thank you for your honest feedback. I agree we were really stressed, so my fault... Not OK.

I will try to be better next time.

When our customers ask what happens if they use products made for indoor use outside all year long, we are unfortunately unable to give detailed answers, although that might be what you hoped,
