A solid reliable investment and savings platform. Easy to use and assemble your own 'collections' of different companies. Almost no service charges and a helpful customer service. I recommend it to anyone just starting out or looking for an alternative to the traditional trading platforms.
An already amazing platform and in continuous development with new features being released regularly. Support always ready when you need them. About time to be able to invest with zero or very small fees! Hope you keep this strategy and this is not just a trick to gain customers
Bad costumer service and poor selection of ETFs.
The selection of ETFs on the platform is unfortunately very poor in compare to the competition. The prices are good but that cannot make up for the poor selection of ETFs and the lack of transparency. It is clear from the operations and interface that this is a start-up project and the execution is needed. It took me more than a week to transfer my money out of the platform and there were no communication or receipt for the transfer. I had to contact customer service myself to have them execute the transfer that I had already confirmed on the platform. This needs some serious tighten up internally.

And you're right about the narrow ETF offering. We don't claim to offer the most ETFs - instead we are launching a product to disrupt it.
We aren't for everyone and it sounds like there are better platforms for you out there than Pluto. Hope to win you back eventually. :)
