Honestly the worst customer service I have ever received from a brand. I still haven't received my item, nor has it even been dispatched; which I ordered back in December. They blamed it on the courier and are now ignoring my messages.

Items I ordered never arrived, messaged seller consistently but nothing ever got sorted. Won't be using again.

Love my jacket, been getting loads of compliments. This brand is so underrated

Top tier quality clothing and service. My favourite pieces in my wardrobe are le merj!

Worst customer experience I have had.
Ordered 13th December, didn’t receive until 9th Feb.

When originally ordered I received no tracking info or dispatched email so clearly wasn’t sent, after emails back and forth and multiple contradicting excuses from le merj I finally received 2 days after I mentioned I would be reporting them to trading standards (sent 1st class signed for).

This reviews page for them has only good reviews however they have another with only bad reviews.

They have zero customer service skills as not once was I offered any sort of compensation just excuses. I will not be using them again.

Custom made shirt which fit just perfect, I couldn’t have an asked for a better fit! The turn around time was crazy and the quality was the best I’ve ever purchased

Purchased the cardigan not long ago, the material was amazing and very soft and unlike most cardigans it holds it’s shape very well when it’s on. Quality and packaging was amazing. Was definitely worth the price.
