The most unproductive outreach tool…

The most unproductive outreach tool I’ve ever used.
Not user-friendly at all. Setting up a multichannel workflow with conditions was unnecessarily complex and time-consuming. I genuinely regret choosing this tool.

Great Customer Support - Dunja special mention

Since evaluating multiple platforms for our cold outreach set up, I have been impressed with Lemlist. Their AI chatbot is great at answering most things, but eventually (this is 2025/2026 when AI is still hit and miss!) it is not able to help and thats where their customer service teams come in. They are excellent. A few times I was very frustrated and their response was excellent, they patiently helped and continue to do so. So far, great experience and all credit to Dunja and her team.

Comprehensive platform with excellent customer support

There are several good offerings in the digital lead generation space. Lemlist is one of the leading ones. What wins me over though is the customer support.

Today, no matter how good a platform is, support is often so-so. With Lemlist, you can be sure you won't be left at the mercy of a bot and a knowledge base. Importantly, there is no disconnect between the support team and the engineering, so my glitch was resolved within a day, which is pretty amazing.
