Fast, reliable, good support!

Lemlist has been a very seamless outbound tool - I appreciate the fact they invest enough time into customer success (primarily through their content bank which is quite helpful) and the support team is quite on hand to help.
We've seen a significant increase in brand recall and enquiries since running our outbound efforts via Lemlist.

Best software customer service I found. Responsive and always following up to make sure you are happy. Their AI also works well for answering questions immediately.

Their team is easy to get in touch with and will help troubleshoot, provide pics for clarity, and give you specific answers on your account if you have a challenge. I spoke with Miona and Dunja and they both provided a level of personal support for workflows that I absolutely appreciated.

I have regular conversations with their AI chatbot about certain challenges and it’s super helpful and resourceful.

The platform does take some time to fully learn, but the quality of support makes that learning curve completely manageable and worth it.

Very helpfull, friendly and pleasant to work with them.

Many companies have great documentation so that their users/clients can be as autonomous as possible, and kudo for that.

But let's be honest, who likes to read docs? Definitely not me, but I love to ask questions in a chat box or by email.

And this is where the magic happens at Lemlist. You will hear from the team within a few hours, and there is a good chance that your problem will be solved in that first answer, and if it's not, you can be sure they will find a solution.

So yes to AI, but 1000x human real support to help us run the business.

The cherry on the pie is they do that with so much caring and love that it made me write this short review because they deserve it.
