Lemlist is a great product that I use…

Lemlist is a great product that I use day-to-day. Simple to create outbound campaigns with a short learning curve. The customer support is top notch and they're always adding useful features. It can get costly when you add in extras but worth the return of investment if you (and your team) use it properly?

AI to Human Handoff was great

In most cases I can communicate with a bot and get answers. I loved that I was able to get to a human right away to do my thinking for me and Annie answered my questions quickly and accurately.

Dimitri did a great job

Dimitri was a huge help in helping me become more familiar with the Lemlist software. He was able to bridge the gap between how to export contacts into campaigns and how to set up a campaign properly. He was extremely kind and patient with me which made for a smooth experience.

Great Customer Centric team!

Due to joining a company I put my consultancy into hibernation - I continued to automatically pay Lemlist invoices for 12 months. When we discovered the error, Lemlist was willing to refund the vast majority of the money (that which was within their power). All in a timely and customer centric way. Well cone!
