I bought a sweet lime tree,received it thru UPS and planted it in the soil the next day.
Tree was in good condition and shipping was in a timely manner.

I ordered two trees for Mother's Day this year. They were a great price! One tree arrived broken due to UPS mishandling one of the packages. The tree was properly packaged but the box was badly crushed. I followed the instructions in the email they sent and called customer service. The customer service agent was very friendly and caring. They sent a new tree out within the week and the next one was an even nicer fuller tree. My experience with this company is rated 5 stars because of their proactive instructions for things that might go wrong. They give care instructions to help ensure that the trees don't suffer too much shock after the shipping process. Our mothers have had their trees for a month now and are loving them! Thank you for such awesome customer care. We'll be back and so will our mothers.

I have to commend the level of communication I received when the delivery date came and went and I hadn't received my kafir lime tree. When I spoke with he office on the phone the explanation was immediate, clear and with apologies. The clearance for shipping had't come in yet so they had to hold the order for some extra time. The tree, when it arrived had been well packed and was received in very good condition. All I had to do was open the box and set the potted tree on my patio to acclimate. Thenkyou for the good service.

I had a problem with first tree shipped to me due to damage in shipping. Lemoncitrustree took care of problem immediately and I had a new tree. Tree was very healthy.

My limequat tree came healthy with fruit already on it and it doing good in my garden.it has even more bloom on it since I planted it outside.very happy with my purchase.

I order two Yuzu and one of them is doing fantastic. The other lost all it's leaves and is still not looking well. I would like a replacement for the one that is not doing well.

I received my new lemon tree quickly. It had a small tear on one of the leaves but it mostly superficial. It came healthy and I was shocked I could get a tree that nice in the mail so quick. It also came with care instructions that I wasn't expecting but was nice because the care instructions explained some things that I didn't know.

The lemon tree was larger than I expected for the money. Packed very well and seem to be adjusting to my home. Wish I could add a photo.
