Online ordering was very simple but the shopping was really expensive. There is a lot of useful information on the website about care.

This is the third tree I've purchased from Lemoncitrustree. They've all arrived thirsty,(understandable) but otherwise in very good shape and healthy. All have new growth and are thriving.

I received my Meyer Lemon tree quickly and in great shape. I spoke to someone twice regarding advice on how to care for the tree and she was fantastic. Obviously an expert in citrus trees.i wish i could remember her name. I would not hesitate to call Lemoncitrustree again. Thinking about a key lime!

The tree was very healthy. Nice shiny leaves. Well packaged for the delivery (though I didn't receive it - I saw it later and I could tell it wasn't injured). I am very pleased.

I love my trees! I ordered a 1-2 yr Kaffir Lime tree, 1-2 yr Meyer Lemon tree, and a 3 yr Hass Avocado tree. All are healthy and I am very happy with them.

My only complaint is the instructions that were given to me are not very good. I ordered 3 trees, and received one set of instructions, which said to water the trees weekly and make sure they get 6-8 hours sunlight. I did that, and my lemon tree died, and avocado was getting burned as well. The company was good to replace the lemon tree and explain what happened, but it was a shame they didn't explain that younger trees didn't need as much sunlight, and needed more water. It didn't make sense that it would be the same, but that is what the instructions said to do, so I did it.
My second problem (that isn't too bad anymore) is my lime tree arrived bent. The top was bent (not snapped, just bent) and was put in the box that way. I contacted them, because it was clearly a packaging problem, and they asked for pictures to report shipping damage. I didn't send them because the tree ended up being okay but was surprised they kind of shrugged off the problem a bit. I ended up having to cut off the top that was bent (almost a foot!) so it could grow straight and correctly, and it is healthy and growing still, but it was a little sad that it was needed. Other than those things, I am very happy with my trees and would purchase more from this company. They have been very helpful in resolving my concerns and answering any questions I had.

My persimmon tree arrived in great shape. It was packed securely with trunk, branches and leaves in good shape. The instructions and authentication of product was a plus, I appreciate all the love and care everyone did to get it here promptly and beautifully. Will use your company again for special gardening needs. Happy and please, Thank you.

Delivery took a little bit longer than expected but we were eventually rewarded with a beautiful and healthy kaffir lime tree.

i ordered the Meyer Lemon Tree and it was on my door within a week as promised ..No problems with the tree ..so far so good ..very happy with my purchase ..now its the waiting game ..

So far so good, looks good, losing a few leaves.
