Quick to schedule and thorough inspection.

Great service. Didn’t know this exists.

This company is frustrating. They are all online and AI driven, if you call their number this AI fake person "Scout" keeps transferring you to a "live person" 5x plus then the phone system hanging up on you just after the transfer after being useless to do anything and telling wrong directions and refusing to give me an email contact address. This is because I perceive a blatant conflict of interest between the inspector and my dealer representative by my dealer representative's own statement on the phone made after I told him I ordered it and we spoke about it. And also because I want them to photograph something specific I suspect the dealership if not providing to me that I paid for, and its like an act of god of sisyphus-level effort and frustration to find out their complaint email is services at lemonsquad.com and get any updates besides the rigid and wrong for messaging website menus and interfaces.

This is my second time using this service. The thorough report covered all aspects—better than if I had inspected the vehicle myself. The diagnostic tests were conducted professionally. Definitely money well spent.

It took 4 days for an inspector to come out. They missed the original deadline and I had to call to find out what was going on before they finally got someone out there. Oh, and the lemonsquad website says "always speak to a human", but that's only after you call 10 times and get disconnected after sitting on hold for 5 minutes each time.

The actual inspection was a joke. Apparently the inspector showed up to the dealership 15 minutes prior to closing and he wasn't able to do a test drive. So I paid $200 for a bunch of pictures of dings and scratches, and I have no idea how the vehicle actually drives. He noted discolored fluids and a tear in the seat, but didn't send any pics of either of those! My kids can identify dings and scratches, so I'll just have them do the inspection next time.

I was satisfied with the detailed report provided and the quick turnaround time from making an order and receiving that report.

I’ve used them twice. Thank God. Information was objective and reliable. Helped me make a solid decision in both cases on the vintage vehicles I was considering - one I backed out and one I bid up to a reasonable price with the LemonSquad knowledge in my pocket. I’m about to use them again and hoping 3rd times a charm.

I sent a request and the same day I got a response that my inspection was scheduled for the next day. I got my report the day after that and I’m happy with how detailed the report was. It make me feel reassured since I was buying remotely.

I wish I'd read reviews before paying them. I found out 2 days before the inspection how terrible this company has been for others and couldn't cancel because they don't allow that.

The "inspector" spent 13 minutes taking pictures of the car and provided no mechanical insight into the condition of the vehicle.

But hey, it doesn't smell like smoke and the paint's a bit wavy here.

Honestly, I just hope you were smarter than me and read this warning of a review before you paid them.

DO NOT HIRE LEMONSQUAD - EVER.

The ordering process was easy. The report took a lot longer to come back and based on your report I chose to buy the car. I wired the funds and when I received the paperwork it was disclosed to me that this car was a buyback/lemon. Which means if I was to ever attempt to trade the car in, it would have no value. With the name LemonSquad it should be a requirement that you disclose that information even if a complete Carfax is not provided to the customer.

I thought the mechanic who reviewed my vehicle for me, did a very thorough job of looking at the car for me. He gave an honest review and definitely helped me decide on whether to buy the car or not! I certainly appreciated all of the photos he took to give me a better idea on the condition of the car. Much appreciation goes out to him for his inspection

I got this service to inspect a vehicle in a dealer in Jacksonville Fl before I drove 2 hour and a half to make sure I would not waste my time.

It saved me the time and probably the high pressure sales tactics that dealer use to try to sell you something.

The vehicle was not worth it. The photos the dealer posted did not showed the real horror story.

I recommend this service if you do not want to waste time driving to a dealer that is far away and if you want a professional mechanic to inspect the car before stepping foot on a dealer.

I am disappointed that they missed a large scratch about 5 inches long that was touched up poorly and a leather driver's seat which is about to rip.

As always a great experience having the car inspected with Lemon Squad. Purchased the vehicle after the I inspection, it was exactly what we expected. .

It was great, I just wish it was possible to speak to the person who did the inspection.
