I was interested in buying a vehicle that was out-of-state, 7 hours away. The dealer said they would hold the vehicle for 3 business days to allow me to set up a mobile inspection. I contacted several mobile inspection companies but none had times available during that 3 day window, except Lemon Squad. They were able to get a technician on site within 24 hours. I booked them (pre-paid) and sure enough the inspector showed up at the dealership and inspected the vehicle the next day. I was feeling positive at that point. Then I waited, and waited, and waited some more for the report to be completed. The morning of the third day I contacted Lemon Squad and spoke to an AI sounding individual who told me they could not access any specific report to update the status but assured me that mine should be completed soon. Fourth day came, report finally arrived in my e-mail, and while the content of the report was of decent quality, my deadline had past and the vehicle I wanted had been sold. Frustrating, as the promotional material from Lemon Squad implies a 24 hour turnaround for reports. If that's what you are looking for, I suggest you look elsewhere. I generously gave 2 stars because the report was good and very detailed, and would have been very helpful in making a decision regarding the vehicle if it had been posted in a timely manner.

I'd recommend Lemon Squad without reservation! The inspector performed and submitted a thorough and timely report on the condition of the car I ended up buying. The photos reassured me that there were no issues that would dissuade me from making the purchase. Thank you, Lemon Squad, for being there when I couldn't!

Good getting someome out in a timely manner good pics but wish I'd had a walk around video. The gentleman did start the wlk/walk around video as narrated but it was nevr sent to me. Overall not bad

Very slow and very little communication. Report left alot to be desired.

The ordering of the inspection was simple and the inspection was done promptly. The report received was very detailed as were the photos of the vehicle. This was the second time I’ve used them and will do so if I can see the vehicle myself in person.

Scheduled inspection in a timely manner. Inspection report was very detailed and thorough. Follow-up voice call supplemented the report very nicely to address any remaining questions. Will definitely utilize again on future remote purchases.

The technician was extremely thorough on the inspection of the vehicle. He sent close to 200 pictures of the vehicle along with the fluid levels. I was not surprised when I viewed the vehicle for the first time.

Technician arrived on time and was very thorough; took plenty of pictures and videos as well. Provided commentary as to what was a material defect and what was not. Made the process really helpful.

Being states away they were able to properly and professionally at a competitive price inspecting the vehicle for me promptly&professionally living up to their reputation before having the vehicle shipped. Extremely quick from the time I booked it to the time the inspection was done.

The Report was done great. I got more than the information I needed. The communication between the inspector and the owner of the car was not the best. I recieved and eta of on day and the inspector did not comminicate with the owner. When they did they rescheduled for the following day and they did not show up. They came the following day. In addition I called customer serive the 1st I called no issue and the 2nd when the inspector did not show, I called and no one ever answered. The inspection was great but the communication can be better.

Great job, as always!
