Spend days working on it, just to get rejected.
I spent days setting up Lemonsquezy and connecting it to my product.
Then, when I tried to go live with sales, my request was denied. I’ve invested over 1,300 hours in my product total and done everything possible to ensure it meets the highest quality standards.
Yet my application is still rejected. When I ask why, they just say, “Well, you know, there are a lot of processes involved, and the bottom line is, we can’t approve your store.”
Thanks. For nothing. Total waste of time - I’m extremely dissatisfied!

Lemon Squeezy belongs to Stripe, and they're doing it on purpose so everyone thinks 'every platform except Stripe is crap,' then they move to Stripe, open a US LLC, and end up paying taxes to the US again... an agent..
No reaction from customer support - they keep payment but do not deliver
Unfortunately I have to share our bad experience with Lemon Squeezy. We have bought a boilerplate and received a confirmation of our payment.
The download link was not active and Lemon Squeezy did not react on any of our questions how to proceed.
Worst IT Experience in over 30 years
This is by far the WORST customer/technical support I have ever received in my over 30 years of experience with IT. I desperately tried for over 6 weeks to get support from these guys. They continually got everything wrong and even deleted my account by accident. Stay far away from business.
No support insane fees
Hhh, i did had a hope to read reviews before i create an account and make 1k$ and 150$ of taxes is gone over 50$ of fees, i still have to pay my country taxes hhhhh, 1 month payout, impossible to upscale (any alternative please ?), 4 days still no response from support, they replied less than 12h when creating account...

Awful service
Awful service, waited two weeks for website approval, finally ended up with no response. But when I asked to delete my accound they replied within one day.

Do you need a passport for verification here? Not but a live video of your product. But what if my product is in development still and video is impossible to make? Don't ever think of getting an account! Luckily there's Fastspring to use instead these empty brains...
Almost two weeks to review a store…
A full week to review a store application, and all they could manage was a boilerplate rejection with no explanation whatsoever. No specific reason, no indication of what to fix, nothing. Just "unfortunately we cannot approve" — signed off like they're doing you a favour. If your review process takes that long and produces zero useful feedback, maybe don't position yourself as a creator-friendly platform. Gumroad exists and at least they let you sell.

My store was not approved and they gave a vague reason. When asking for clarification, I received an incomplete answer. However, my products clearly fall within their guidelines of acceptable use. I'm not upset about not being approved. It's poor customer service that lacks attention to detail that I have an issue with.

Zero customer support, they don’t reply to support tickets or emails

Zero customer service, no way to delete account
Although I was able to develop an app with this MoR integrated, I could not get out of test mode. I emailed more than once, and never got a response. Product was stuck as my app being in review. Zero customer service, zero way to sell my product through them. Feels like a product that Stripe bought to get the book of business or kill the competition. I've moved on to another product, but I still haven't found a way to delete my account with them.
