ZERO!!!! I ordered three calm bears that were delivered late in December 2024. Two of them stopped working the following day. I emailed the company and sent videos of the items being defected. The company responded quickly and said they would send replacements. I never got a tracking number or confirmation that the items were sent out. This was in December 2024. it's June 2025 and I haven't received the replacements or had any contact with them. They refuse to email me back. Never received refund or replacement. Just a big ole scam. I wish I had seen the reviews before wasting my money.

Should be a ZERO rating. I ordered 2 "calm" stuffies for my kids for Christmas. Did not arrive by the estimated arrival date, so I emailed - no response. I emailed a second time about a month later, and no response (again). Now, we are 4.5 months later and their website is down and no options for me to get this money back or contact anyone. WHAT A SCAM!

Would rate zero. Ordered in Dec. for Christmas. Never arrived. Then said delayed until Jan. It’s now March. No one responds to email. Just stole our money.

Ordered 3 stitch stuffies in late october 2024 for Christmas presents. When checked all 3 worked. Come Christmas day 2 worked and the third only partially . Contacted Lemurus through e mail about the issue. They seemed to be helpful at first. I did everything they asked. They apologized and said they would replace no problem. They asked for my order number which came through my email and I no longer had. Offered to send them a screen shot of my credit card statement showing there name and amount sent. Haven't heard from them since. Have sent follow up e mails but no replies. This is not a company that cares. Glad I didn't buy more

Received 2 stitches that were broken. Took 3 weeks of emails back & forth w customer service promising new ones would arrive in time for Christmas. Finally received ONLY ONE replacement two weeks after Xmas! And the new one is broken - does not work! I have no faith that I’ll ever get working ones or my money back.

I’m only giving them one star because I have to. I purchased this for my 7 year old daughter who has trouble going to sleep. She loves stitch and when I saw the video it made me think of her. Had I seen the comments I would have NEVER purchased this. It arrived and my daughter got it for Christmas. I put batteries in and nothing happened, the batteries were new, I switched them out thinking the issue were the batteries and I was wrong. This toy came DAMAGED. Idk if they take other returns and replace them and send out the shit toys to other new customers???? I do not know I have contacted Lemurus several times and they responded extremely late. However, I explained then I was asked to send multiple videos of the doll not working. I did every single type of video that they asked for. I sent via email contactlemurus @gmail.com and got no response. So I reached back out and then they ask for ANOTHER VIDEO! Because they couldn’t hear the “clicking” sound. I emailed them the video and have yet to hear anything further. I have been contacting them since January 1st. For this to be marketed as an emotional support toy and comes broken is false advertising. Especially when you receive a toy that doesn’t work that is supposed to calm your emotions not bring them out!!!! I will never recommend this company for anything after this poor customer service. I will also be posting on every single social media account that I can because this is fraud.

SCAM! Do not buy! I bought 2. It took 2 months to arrive and both are broken. One doesn’t even have an on and off switch. They don’t look anything like the photos either. I’ve emailed a million times for a refund with no response. Total scam. DO NOT BUY.

I received one with a huge hole in it. I keept emailing them and they kept saying they would send a new one. They will never send a new one or give me a refund.. really bad company and absolutely no customer service at all. It’s scam- do not buy from them. Would give them 0 stars if I could..

Also got suckered into their great advert and didn’t check the reviews on here. Same issue - items mysteriously not being sent. Refusing to refund and so I’ve reported to trading standards

Would give 0 if I could. Lesson learnt to read on here for reviews first! Ordered on 26t Nov and still in customs. Emailed asking first a refund numerous times and they reply with tracking link. Going to take it up with my credit card company. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I ordered one for my grandson it worked for 16 hours then haven’t worked since I have emailed them numerous amounts of time keeps asking me for order. I haven’t gotten the order number but ivegititon my bank statement it worked would not recommend thesesat all after sales disgustingive git a veryupset grandson as he loved it until it just stopped mightof just thrown my money away

I wish I would off read this reviews before buying the product.
First of all it took over 6wks for the product to arrive.
Second of all product did not work.
They took forever to answer my emails, and then wanted a video of what was wrong. After I answer the last email over a week ago- have not heard from them since.
I have never had such bad experience with customer service.

Three of the plushy’s that I bought did not work at all right out of the package. We’ll see if I get contacted by customer service that I’ve emailed twice. These are expensive very disappointing..

Such a scam, the website says they have 20.000 Happy Sleepers and show they are endorsed by Time, Rolling Stone, People, the Skimm & more. I am sure these organizations would like to know their name is being used to sell a product that doesn't work.

SCAM. Do not purchase.
Product took forever to arrive.
It arrived in poor condition with ripped Velcro and makes a weird noise.
I reached out to the company for a refund and return instructions.
The company ignored my first 2 emails and then told me they needed a video of the product. I sent them a video of the product and they have stopped responding to me and will not provide me return instructions or a refund.

I have now sent 8 emails asking for someone to respond to me.
Disappointed and ripped off.

Please DO NOT waste your money!
Shipping was asked to be paid again, we didn’t and it did finally arrive but it’s falling to pieces already and looks nothing like the ones online. The claimed reviews and by big magazines are clearly fake and it states no returns, that’s because they know their product is fake and that everyone would return if they could! I feel really stupid for falling for this terrible, fake product! Very cheap, worth a £5 at best, not £35! Please do not fall for it!

IF I could give this a zero star I would. DO NOT buy anything from there. Total Scam. Ordered the Calm Stitch and received 2 fuzzy hats. Cant return, no phone. An email and social accounts that get no response. Total SCAM site and company

Shipping took forever, and I had to go to the post office and pay more because they put a fake shipping label on it! I’m honestly unsure if I even want to try to give this to my son because his sleeping is so poor that if it does help and fails him after a short time I just have another fight on my hand. So disappointed.

Ordered 16th November as a gift for Christmas. Item is still showing as in customs. Reading the reviews that may be a blessing in disguise. I contacted customer services and they just referred me to the tracking information. Seeing if I can get the bank to recover the money
