Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. One does not work and they look terrifying. The one that does work is SO loud, I am not sure how anyone could fall asleep. Do NOT buy.

Items got warm when batteries inserted.

I purchased 4 of these 1 stitch

1 dinosaur
1 picachu
I am utterly disappointed my children are deviated they are different sizes the quality is terrible the boxes inside don’t fit properly they look deformed no matter how much I try and shift it about to look like a cuddly teddy. This was all noticeable on opening the package but thought maybe with a bit of use it will shift and fit properly so I proceeded to place batteries in them 😡 I placed batteries in the first one turned it on the breathing bit doesn’t work the sound of the snoring is scary and the teddy got warm I thought maybe because my daughter was squeezing it.proceeded to place batteries in another 2 for my other children again snoring sound was scary you could hear it clicking when breathing and got warm again immediately took batteries out and the whole of the inside of the bears was warm to tough i had another wrapped under my tree for our nephew ( he won’t be getting it anymore)

Ordered three for Christmas gifts

Ordered three for Christmas gifts, none of them fully work. Two “breathed” for a minute or two before stopping, the third didn’t work at all. The faces don’t look like stitch or angel. Really disappointing quality.

Purchase was made well before Christmas…

Purchase was made well before Christmas time only to have them state I did not enter my complete address. All the links they provided to contact the company and the postal service are bogus including a number to a s*x line. Horrible!!! Now we are out of money and no gift for our girls!!! KARMA!!!! SCAMMMMMM!

Buyer beware- this is a total waste of your money. Received a non working item with parts missing

I hate that you never find out until after you have a bad experience that you shouldn’t do business with a company. I had an experience similar to many others. After a long wait to receive this item that I was so excited to gift to my stitch loving daughter, it arrived with no battery cover. I placed new batteries in the plush and power it on and it does nothing. I did reach out to the company and have not heard back yet but after reading these reviews I figure I wasted $30. Buyer Beware!

Wish I could give a zero!!!

I ordered the "Calming Stitch" for my daughter. When it arrived, in a bag, I knew this was going to be bad. The stitch was coming out of one of the eyes, the motorization for breathing was so loud, the stomach did not light up, and there was barely any stuffing in the animal. Additionally, the bulb syringe in the head that made the ears move was broken. Per what they advertise on their website to reach out if not satisfied within 30 days for a money back guarantee I did. I was asked to provide video "proof" I did and was ghosted. The company stopped replying to me. I have responded back with their advertised guarantees and still no response. I wish I would have taken my money to build-a-bear. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! ****EDIT**** I DID FILE A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD WHEN THEY STOPPED RESPONDING AND WAS GIVEN A REFUND

Item not arrived. They just write waffle when you complain. As soon as you say refund they say the item has been dispatched which is patently untrue. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered.

You may as well set fire to your money if you buy this

Like other people have stated in previous reviews, if I could give this product zero stars I would.

This arrived today and did not work. I assumed it may need batteries however you physically can’t get inside it to put any in and from what I can tell the unit where batteries may go is completely sealed.

Total waste of money and I might as well have set fire to the £30 I spent to buy it.

I haven’t bothered reaching out to the company as I see little point. They don’t issue refunds and based on other reviews it sounds like their customer service is awful.

No not waste your money on this absolute detritus.

If I could give 0 stars I would
Products are so poorly made, shipping takes over 3 weeks, items look nothing like advertised, battery packs dont screw shut as the screws dont fit properly, wires are not securely attached. These items are NOT SAFE.

Then contacted customer services like they keep telling everyone - ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES I have ever dealt with.

The continually ask for videos proving it does not work, then ask for more info etc.

The website clearly states 30 day guarantee, not happy and you can return in 30 days for a full refund yet they dont hold up to this and I am still fighting with them to return the items.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I feel Scammed

I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. I placed an order in August 23, 2024 and as of today, November 23, 2024, I have not received my order. I contacted Lemurus on September 29, and all the have gotten is the runaround. I have asked for a refund and they will not give it to me. I have asked to speak to a manager a few times now and all they do is apologize. Still no refund or product received. I am very dissatisfied with Lemurus and strongly encourage people not to purchase anything from this company.

Brought it because I suffer with…

Brought it because I suffer with anxiety and when I got it I was chuffed with the quality of the stress relief stitch.

I know it took a long time but didn’t complain as it had to come a long way but overall will buy from them again

Stress relief stitch has to have 3 AAA batteries

LEMURUS, YOU ARE AWFUL TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

Following on from my last review, It has become even worse. After sending videos and images like they requested, they do not then respond to those emails back after they confirm receipt. They CLAIM to put their customers first but they do not. Their customer service is awfully shocking and their robot email responders just keep saying the same thing to me, I keep resending the email with the images and videos but again NO RESPONSE. Funny that! Refusing to acknowledge i want a refund and just reply the same thing over and over again. I am done with them!! It is a sham and ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Scam company do not use

I have had issues with this company for months now. Reported that one of the three calm Koala Bears we ordered, stopped working after three weeks. They said to video that it had batteries in, video me turning it on, and pressing the buttons to show it not working. I did all that, but they said do it again, the video did show it.
