False advertising
False advertising, bait and switch, scam offer. Received a solicitation for a 5 year fixed loan with a 5.99% APR. The offer included a personal code with my name. Obviously very specific target marketing. The offer didn't state 5.99% - 39.99%. I indicated I was only interested in 1/4 of the loan amount offered, and I was only interested in the 5.99% rate. After wasting 30 minutes of my time, reviewing my cr, and asking me dozens of questions the rep said the interest rate would be 35%. What a scam. Don't get sucked in.

While not every applicant will qualify for the lowest advertised rates, all available options are presented based on lender qualifications and underwriting results.
