I would have given 5* but didn’t like…
I would have given 5* but didn’t like not able to speak to you in person only through email which is a bit of a letdown to help me choose and advise me on my purchase.
I was happy with my glasses but would have been happier with thinner lenses and I did send them in first for you to appraise and your professional opinion would have been that extra mile to what would be the best solution.
All in all a good service and thanks and I would recommend you for others to try you first

I got my glasses back very quickly. I'm due another eye check and I didn't check this. Thought it was 2 years but 1. I do have more frames so I'm going to.order again when I have had my eye test thanks

Good service once I made contact ....…
Good service once I made contact with the company by email, but after initial contact and their confirmation of receipt of my frames, it took a month to establish email contact again.The contact phone numbers were useless....one didn't get to the company and said it didn't exist; the other was always a recorded message saying " we can't deal with your call at the moment...send an email"!!
The quality of the lenses and speed of return once in contact again was very good.
