Best company for your lenses . Totally professional and the best price . All other company’s are not as good . I have sent my expensive sunglasses and had my prescription lenses added . Lots of colours and options .

Pricing Structure is misleading
Pricing Structure is misleading. I sent off some glasses and when the quote arrived it was double than that quoted on their website. When I queried this, I was advised my lenses were larger than normal, yet they were no different to what the model was wearing on the website. Very disappointing. I can understand a few pounds but to the double the price is disgraceful.
With regards to your response, you should make this clearer on your website. You do not refer to this at all, hence my complaint and why you are misleading people. Show me the disclaimer for this as I couldn’t find one!

All quotes are based on a combination of your frame type, your prescription powers and your pupil measurements. These will vary with every customers glasses, this is why we offer no obligation quotes.
We do offer prices for stock single vision lenses on our website but only once we have the full information can we offer a full quote. When sending large frames we would recommend you request a quote by email if you are unsure of what will be suitable and we can advise you this way or you can do as you did and send everything to us.
Your lenses for your prescription powers in the frame type you have need to be made to order which is why there is a price increase. If you send a smaller frame this would not be the case as a smaller stock lens could then be fitted.
Unfortunately with glasses it is not one size fits all.
We are sorry to hear you were disappointed but with our no obligation quote service we have made sure that your quote has not cost anything to you and also returned your glasses by special delivery free of charge.
