Lenson delivery time
Longer delivery time than other lens Net shops.
It would be best to see on nett before ordering the delivery time for each item.
At the least, when receiving confirmation of order, the delivery time should be given.

We apologise that the delivery time for your order was not clear for you. When you enter in your lens prescription there is a blue text that states the estimated delivery time before you place the lenses in your shopping basket. This time frame is also on the checkout page and on your order confirmation. If you have any queries about the delivery time please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team and they can check the stock levels.
The delivery time for your lenses was 5-12 working days because we need to order your lens from the manufacturer. We have looked at your order and we can see that it was shipped from us on the sixth working day. It is regrettable that you are not satisfied with the delivery time, however we hope in the future you will think of us the next time you need new lenses.

OK but room for improvement
1- Prices vary but are mostly competitive when having rebates and campaigns (not very much outside those).
2- Delivery takes up to 2 weeks which is not great when people are in rush.
3- Supplier used is the Norwegian post, which is ok when delivered in mail box (inconsistent options by the way, same size package from Lenson being sometimes delivered and sometimes judged to big, therefore required to be picked at post office). In that case, post offices have little opening hours and then, a supplier offering deliveries in supermarkets would be much easier for customers.
