Great experience! Managed to sit on my glasses like an utter berk but managed to get them repaired the next day and cheaper than expected. 10/10 would recommend.

The so-called positive reviews on Trustpilot are nothing more than a facade. It's evident that these reviews are either concocted by employees or their friends. The real experience with Lensup is a far cry from the glowing testimonials they've managed to fabricate.

After visiting their website, it became painfully apparent that Lensup is nothing more than a phantom entity. No customer service, no response to inquiries. It's an empty void of communication and service.

Save yourself the trouble and your hard-earned money. There are countless reputable options out there, and Lensup is not one of them. I regret falling for their deceptive tactics and hope this review serves as a warning to others.

Avoid Lensup at all costs – you'll thank yourself later.

The lenses were great and the system for getting them was
pretty user friendly. Hadn’t used a service like this before so was a bit hesitant but worked out well. Very happy.

So I have been searching for affordable and reglazing service for ages! Most ones I found online are either too expensive or too slow. This is absolutely perfect. I go through a lot glasses and sunglasses unfortunately so I need this service regularly and I will 10000% keep coming back here.

The people I talked to were super nice and answered all my questions, even though I had a bunch. They did a great job with the lenses, my glasses looked brand new! I got my glasses back in just a few days, which was great since I need them to see! All in all, I was really happy with the Lensup and would definitely use them again.

Broke my Ray-ban lenses and didn't want to have to buy a new pair. Really well priced and efficient at replacing my lenses - thank you!

Gotta give a shoutout to Lensup. I was in a major hurry to get my glasses fixed and they came through for me big time. The process was super easy and I got my glasses back real quick. The customer service was on point too - the folks I talked to were really cool and helpful, and they made sure I was good to go.

The work they did was seriously impressive. My glasses lenses looked brand spanking new and they got rid of all those annoying scratches so now I can wear my glasses again without squinting. I got my glasses back in just a few days.

The customer service from Saffiyah was excellent and the process was easy to navigate. The new lenses are fine and the work was done to a high standard. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it arrived a day later than expected so I didn't have my sunglasses for holiday. Otherwise it where have been 5/5
