The staff were excellent, very hospital and friendly. Explained every step clearly so I was not guessing or unsure. The procedure itself was very smooth and efficient. The aftercare was very good also. Everything they had booked in terms of the hotel and transfers were very smooth also. I would highly recommend using them.

After months of research and consultations with other clinics I finally decided to go with Lenus..
From the very beginning their reps took the time to answer all my questions and explain all of my options.. After finding dozens of positive reviews online as well as personal communication with previous patients I knew I had made the right choice..
Hotel arrangement and accommodations were top notch.
Transport services were prompt and I felt very safe in their company..
On day of procedure I was warmly greeted in front of hospital and taken to clinic floor.
Dr and assistants explained in great detail what I should expect and answered all of my questions and addressed concerns.
Procedure itself was smooth and over in less than 6 hours..

Great experience! They pick you up From the airport and provide all the transportation needed. The hotel Days Inn was nice, and they have a free hot Turkish breakfast every morning. They make it very easy. They give you detailed information on how to take care of your hair afterwards. The procedure was comfortable. I actually slept some of the time. Employees are very friendly and explained everything to you that’s going on. I Did a lot of research before coming to Turkey and I highly suggest Lenus Clinic.

I had a great experience at Lenus Clinic. The facilities are excellent and the staff are amazing. I was originally meant to get 5000 graphs but when i got there they believed i was suited for 7000 graphs, which turned 70% coverage to 95% coverage. It looks great and was done at no extra charge. I can't recommend them highly enough. I have some friends and relatives who are thinking of getting this procedure, and i will definitely be encouraging them to use Lenus clinic. I was made feel relaxed from start so finish. Thank you to all involved at the clinc.

My experience at Lenus clinic was great! I love the staff very much. The staff is very nice and patient. They will explain everything before and after procedure. This is my first time in instanbul and I am very excited about my new hair transplant. The doctors took care of me very well.
