My experience with Lenus was fantastic. Very smooth operation; they take care of everything. The Lenus facilities were very professional and beautiful. The doctors and staff were wonderful. They gave excellent advice and delivered everything they promised. Everyone and everything was great. Deniz and Max made it a great experience. Very caring and attentive. I can’t say enough and could not be more happy about the experience.

Lenus clinic did a great job on the procedure. They made me as comfortable ad they could throughout the process. Buse was with me throughout the process and was always there when I had a question , need or concern .

i choose lenus clinic for my hair transplant after check with other clinic and compare with service they provide and review. after visit lenus clinic for my hair transplant i can tell this all review write by real people who visit lenus clinic for hair transplant surgery like me. whole process is smooth and easy from pick date to finished surgery after that post surgery follow up. lenus clinic staffs are very helpful from day one. they provide all transport service from pick up and drop off from airport to hotel and hotel to hospital. i really recommend to people choose lenus clinic for hair transplant if you specially come from other countries. i saw other people hair surgery which done by other clinic who stay in same hotel where i was stay during my hair transplant surgery and those people also impressed by lenus clinic work and ask me which clinic i did my hair transplant.

My name is Oscar and I had a hair transplant with Lenus Clinic.

Overall the staff was very friendly and kind. Max, Buse and the doctor who did the hair transplant took care of me during the process.

When we get to the clinic I filled some documents and then I went to consultation where the doctor and coordinator explained how the procedure was going to be, they answered my question and then proceed to do the hair transplant. I felt some pain at the beginning but then the anesthesia started working. The procedure lasted 7 hrs, then they gave me the post op kit and some meds and then I was able to go back to the hotel and have some rest.

First night I could sleep for about 6 hrs and now I’m at the clinic again for the first head wash after the procedure.
So far so good.

Lenus clinic looked after me from the moment I talked about booking my surgery, until my final day in Istanbul flying home. The experience really is very well managed and it is first class.

I think my result looks excellent and I am eagerly anticipating the final results in a few months time.

I was placed in a great five star hotel and my partner and child were also accommodated for. All transfers around Istanbul were arranged by Lenus clinic.

On the day of my surgery, I spoke with Dr Yildirim and agreed how my hairline should look. The consultation lasts around 20 minutes so know what you want from this going into it.

One of the big plus points of the firm is they are willing to give you the amount of grafts you need at the set price. They actually managed to extract more grafts from my head than first discussed.

Dr Yildirim does not speak English but you are provided with your own personal translator from the moment you walk into the clinic.

It is important to be aware, on the day of surgery, after your consultation you will be operated on quite quickly so be prepared for this mentally.

In the surgery room if you do not speak Turkish I would recommend asking the staff if is ok to play your own music or podcasts from the your phone. The staff will speak in Turkish around you so having your own music/audiobooks will help put you at ease. You are also likely to be in the room for a few hours. My surgery took 5 hours.

After the surgery you are provided with a meal and returned to your hotel. Lenus provide you with all the necessary pills and aftercare products the day after surgery so you are fully equipped to get the most from your surgery.

The only downsides I can say is the clinic itself is quite small and it appears the company is outgrowing the space. The staff are fantastic but I got the impression they work very long hours. Finally, on the final day when you receive the after care products, more products will be pushed onto you at a considerable price. I found this aspect too salesy and it was a bit of a dampener on my farewell.

I would finally recommend only packing shirts and zipped up tops for after surgery as you don’t want to be putting anything over your head.

If you choose Lenus clinic I believe it is a very smart choice and fantastic value for the price. Best of luck.

I can only say how good staffs and services they provided for me. Surgery wasn’t 💯 satisfied at the moment but I will definitely write a follow-up review.
I would like to thank to doctors, and rest of staffs who accommodate me at LENUS CLINIC. Especially the coordinator Mr. Mert!!! He is superb! He cordiales appointments, transportations, hotel stays and even helped me with other medical needs, he accompanied with me as a translator.I will definitely refer him to friends. The schedule for my staying went accordingly. Everything was on time, I loved that.

Max is the best. Good place to trust and I will bring more friends and family here. I like this place !
