Overall i recommend this clinic. Some area of improvement are that the driver meets you at correct airport, and that the aftercare products are mentioned up front and how much will cost (this will help with budgeting as 1 years supply is expensive). Other than than Ahmet is the main reason i selected this clinic; he was timely and could answer every single question. Upon arrival Mert was excellent at making sure all my needs were met and everything as smooth as could be. Mert went above and beyond to express his customer satiscation. Dr Attila was professional and efficient as well. I will say- the local anesthesia needles do hurt so be prepared for that. I am day 8 today still some pain and slowly recovering. Excited to see results later on.

It was great experience, very well organized. Airport pick up next day surgery and then drop off all very well managed as per my request. Surgery team was awesome, interpreter helped every minor thing for language barrier issues.
Ahmet and Mert managed all the stuff exceptionally.

Well , with all skepticism and nerves , I landed up @Istanbul . From the word go , it was an excellent experience whether the pick up , hotel arrangements, pick up for the surgery, pre surgery process and the actual surgery. I cannot thank the entire surgery team including the doctor and the nurse as well as Mert and Kami. All of them were excellent and took care if each of my needs well. The follow ups since then have been excellent . I am very pleased that I chose Lenus from a host of available options and look forward to have my hair back. Great people, great customer service. I’m happy with my hair transplant. I arrived in Istambul and they took me to the hotel, transfer from hotel and hospital was very professional and on time. I will come in around 10 months to get my second transplant. Lemus clinic is very good

I just had the procedure done two weeks ago in the beginning I was a little nervous and first time going to Turkey but Lenus team host me at the airport hotel was great and location was just perfect for me
Next day day was the procedure Driver was on time as they contacted me and the moment for anyone would be nervous but it surprised me almost 6 different people talked to me ask me questions but made me feel very comfortable then I seen the doctor when Draw my graph on head he ask me if it’s ok I had no opinion but at the end it turn out to be great the procedure was long day but there team showed a lots of patience with me it was pain free only part every one should expect is numbing part is painful but it was Amazing my head was heavy the whole time they had two extra people to just translate I was sent to hotel after where sleeping first night was challenging but I done my best to keep my head up next day as promised I was at clinic on time and had a teeth cleaning and head wash I stayed three extra days where I explore city of Istanbul in my extra time done a lots of shopping one ting I have to mention that they had a permanent adviser for me who guide me on everything step by step and stayed in contact until now thanks to the Lenus clinic team special Thanks to my Adviser Matt I will always remember you guys for such a great experience

I was hesitant of doing another hair transplant… because of the cost and healing time .. but when I found out I can do FUE surgery in turkey … the cost and healing time is very well acceptable … I got my surgery on Oct 19,2022 and it went well . Lenus clinic took care me very well from consultation and traveling to Istanbul .. customer service is excellent… hotel ,transport and to the staff was amazing ..I recommend Lenus clinic if you wanted to get your hair transplant. All the services are good include pick up service and the hotel. Cleaning is very nice. Ahmet is a very sense of human, nice and friendly. I would like to thank him and Lenus Clinic for everything. By the way, Istanbul is amazing!

Had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. I've shown my desired hairline myself from old photos and it's drawn so well that I feel like my old self again. I was afraid to have scars or red bumps left on the donor, but that has also healed nicely. The doctor works very precisely, the hospital is very hygienic, everything was better than I could expect.
