This was my first purchase, and I would not hesitate ordering from this company again.

Just picked up the Le Gianni crossbody from @leoetviolette in Paris ✨ The leather is smooth, the design is minimal + timeless, and it fits all my essentials without being bulky. Had a little wait in-store (first day back after holiday 😅) but the staff were super sweet. When I got home, I couldn’t stop thinking about the Le Duo Bucket, so I ordered it online too. Obsessed with their bags — they look and feel so luxurious 🤍 Highly recommend!

Purchased the Le Marcia in mid May of this year. By end of August stitching is coming loose and threads are visibly coming apart on handle.

Contacted L&V customer service to ask for an exchange or refund and they refused, instead, insisting on a repair. It seems crazy to me that a mid-luxury priced item should require repair after such a short period and moderate use. Obviously poor quality work.

Very disappointed and would urge others to purchase elsewhere - not worth the money.

I loved the fact that the lining is leather too as many other brands use some sort of micro fibre lining and coat the outside leather with a plastic coating. Well done with this model.

The bag looks beautiful, feels nice to the touch, and has a luxurious interior. HOWEVER, I realised that I cannot close the bag when I place my 11” iPad Air inside. On the website, it states that the bag holds an 11” iPad, and the video shows someone placing the iPad in and then locking the bag. But on closer inspection, the video is cut between inserting the iPad and locking the bag — which makes me suspect the iPad was removed before the bag was locked.

I am very disappointed, as I purchased this bag specifically to carry my iPad for casual work use. For this reason, I can only give 3 stars. The product page really needs to provide more accurate and transparent information.

Update:
This is their Le Duo Bucket Bag. After my review, the brand sent me a WhatsApp video showing an uncut demonstration with a black bag, where an iPad did fit and the bag could be locked. However, when I tried with my burgundy version, it still could not close — the iPad blocked the lock. I sent them my own video showing the issue, but they only blue-ticked my messages and have not responded for over a week.

I really liked their branding and the look of their bags, but I didn’t expect this disappointment after purchasing my first bag from them. Their non-response has been a real turn off. A premium-priced brand should stand by their claims and address customer concerns properly.

The bags are ok for the price. To be honest, they don't look premium for the price. They can do better with their hardware and designs. The customer service was good though. I will be returning the bag.

The Bag itself is just exquisite. Smooth, elegant, and very light weight which surprized me!
The reason why I'm giving 4 stars is that the packaging is flimsy and I received my bag with a slight dent on the back of the bag which I'm assuming happened while the bag was in transit. I expected to receive my bag in pristine condition so this was disappointing.

All the staff we met were very friendly. They greeted us with big smiles! We spent quite a long time deciding but the staff showed patience and provided every possible support we need. We had a great time in the store!

I had a very smooth and pleasant experience throughout the entire purchasing process. Everything from the service to the tax refund procedure was handled so efficiently that it felt seamless. In fact, the process was so flawless that I didn’t double-check the item thoroughly at the time.

Unfortunately, after returning home, I noticed that a small section of the leather was damaged. It was disappointing to discover this after such a perfect shopping experience.

This is my second purchase. The delivery was fast as always, and the quality is always top notch!

The delivery has been waited too long because of the out of stock of Le Gina. It was almost a month time. The goods inside were packed properly however the box used outside was not good enough. It was like a recycle box.
It was expected a cloth shopping bag as a complimentary gift but in return it was an envelope. About the goods quality, the bag edges could be better and I am quite concern the bag buckles would be oxidation easily.

My daughter and I bought two purses at Leo et Violette. They are beautiful in style and workmanship. We are very happy with our purchase.

What the company does well: For questions the chat on the webside is convienent. Fast reply and attention for your questions. Also a summary of the chat by e-mail.

What would be a plus:
1) If the straps for crossbody bags could be a bit longer in cm or more holes to adjust.
2) If there would be a option for payment with IDEAL

This is my 3rd bag from Leo et Violette and it is as fabulous as the others. Great quality and attention to detail. Perfect for elevating my style and bringing a little French chic to my wardrobe.
