Firstly, I ordered a mini Dalia, and the received bad was a completely different colour than advertised in the photos. Secondly, I had a few questions about my order and contacted the shop but haven’t received any answer even after waiting for a few weeks. In the end decided to return because I felt like they didn’t care about me as a customer and I wasn’t satisfied with the purchase. Also, the from the first sight the quality of the bag was not worth 350€.

The sales associate was very kind, patient and helpful.

I bought Le Laurence, my second bag from L&V. I like the timeless design, and great quality, the shipping was also super fast. I simply recommend the shop - the bags are great addition to my wardrobe uplifting the look. Thank you so much L&V!

Customer service is great! The bag arrived with a few scuffs on the flap but they responded promptly when I flagged the issue and worked with me to resolve it. The bag designs are very stylish so would likely buy again.

I am very happy with my bag. I’ve been eyeing the Le Gina bag for a long time. Then it came with a limited edition burgundy color. The delivery was fast (from France to Belgium) and the quality of the leather is superb! It feels very luxurious. The reasons why I didn’t put 5 stars are the following: 1) the hardware doesn’t feel as good. I have bags from Polène and their hardwares feel superior. 2) the packaging didn’t feel great at all. The box was ‘meh’. I didn’t get that luxury feeling when opening the package. Again, I will be comparing it to Poléne since they have around the same price range, the box from Poléne is a very nice touch. This is the first time I ordered from Léo et Violette, and while I was indeed satisfied with the product, I’m sure the shop can make some improvements on the issues I mentioned to make their customers even happier! 😊

I love this purse! It's a perfect bag for the quiet luxury look and feel.

Bought two bags. Le Dino in black and the giani burgundy baguettte. Received the Dino today. Beautiful bag, beautiful solid hardware . Love it. Has a faint smell. Not sure if it is chemical or leather . But the bag is anbsolutely fantastic 🥰 Awaiting my burgundy baguette.
Minor issues are 1) packaging was subpar .2) Even though I bought two bags in the space of a week no rewards for loyalty. Only reason that I am delaying buying the Gina in taupe from them. I would think a small business would pay close attention and try to retain its loyal customers.

Everything was perfect qua delivery experience. The bag is stunning, heavily smells quality and elegance. Super ☺️

The delivery speed is fast, and there are real-time emails informing about the progress, which is very reassuring. The actual quality of the received bag is also very good, and it is the same size as expected. I would like to continue purchasing other styles of bags in the future~~
