Misleading product
The image of the color of the bag on the website is misleading. The design of the bag is great but the quality of the bag is not too great. When you look closer, the quality feels a bit cheap.

Lovely design and leather
Lovely designs and very nice leather. I bought the Gina but it was not as soft and squishy as described, rather it was quite a structured bag. The lining was described as suede but was actually a sueded cotton lining, not leather. I really liked that there were two straps of different lengths delivered with the bag although I thought they were a little flimsy. I liked the pockets and the size, but I was looking for a more squishy bag so I returned it. As I live in the UK I had to pay for the delivery to return it, which I was informed about on the website, and I was well assisted by Leo in returning it. Good customer service

A wonderful shop with an elegant salesperson
This shop was a *must* on my shopping list for Paris as the color of the bag I wanted was just too perfect here. I walked in and another client was shopping for the same bag. We spoke while we tried on different various the bag, shared some giggles, and ultimately I left with exactly the bag I’d come for.
The gentleman was available when needed, gave space when appropriate, and knowledgeable. He was patient when I needed VAT forms and made sure I had what I needed (even when I wasn’t positive what that was). What a lovely company, product, and salesperson. As someone who’s been employed in high end retail for many years I am impressed at every turn. Thank you for making my “cool Parisian bag”, the experience I’d hoped it would be.

I bought a bag from you and changed the…
I bought a bag from you and changed the currency from the euro to the Saudi riyal, but unfortunately, the price number changed and the currency did not change. So the bag price showed 1827 euro when it’s supposed to be 1827 riyal.
Saudi Customs charged me more money because of this mistake from the bag’s company. To fix this, can you please send an email explaining the price of the bag in euro and Saudi riyal, so that I can solve the problem. Thank you for your time and help!

we don't sell very often to Saudi Arabia, so our logistics don't have your local currency in their data base.
When the currency is missing it is automatically transformed to EUR. We did not know that until your order came through...
So we couldnt know that this problem was going to happen.

I am very, very happy with my purchase! I don't like visible branding and it is very hard to find high quality leather without logos all over it. This is a bag I know I will enjoy for many years and maybe even pass on to a daughter one day. It is so classic, timeless, perfect balance of function and beauty. Customer service also excellent. Quality
It's a really nice bag. I like how the bag looks but the craft wasn't up to my expectations. It is about the same price as Polene and Atelier Auguste but the other two brands seem to have better craft. My friend also ordered the exact same bag and decided to return hers. I hope that it was only this batch since I really like the styles of Leo et Violette.
Service wise I think that Leo et Violette's customer service was great. I received updates on when my bag was going to be delivered and I was able to communicate with them through chat regarding some questions I had.
