Lepsons do a fantastic job and provided personal attention to me when I recently had 4 wheels.refurbished and 2 new tyres. The staff are all friendly, professional and helpful and the work is second to none. Would highly recommend.

I got a quote upfront via their WhatsApp service, sent photos to confirm the wheels were stripped, bearings removed, in good condition, etc.. I wasn’t expecting cheap, but the quote was actually around what I would pay locally - this is an expensive and appreciating motorbike so I wanted a good job doing and lepsons have a good reputation. I shipped to them for refurbishment as I live a long distance away - from that point on was just hard work. I had to chase them (they literally didn’t phone or email me once!) at every step, and anything / everything was my fault - no discussions!

“No paperwork with the wheels” - I know this is untrue, I packed them myself WITH paperwork, contact information, refurbishment information, etc

Price ended up being nearly DOUBLE the quote (£550) because they “didn’t realise they were motorbike wheels” despite specifically telling them AND sending photos at the time of getting a quote.

Final price was higher than their standard bike wheel price because of the paint used (which accounted for some of the difference - I never got a reason for the rest of the additional cost as I stripped and inspected the wheels BEFORE shipping and there was zero remedial work to do

I organised return shipping once the wheels were done (I had to call them to find out they were ready) but only received one wheel - they send wheels individually. So I then had to pay again to get the other back to me

the wheels are ok - the packaging was great on the return, but there are fish eyes and bits stuck in the top coat paint finish on all three wheels, and there are areas with little or no paint coverage (on the inside adjacent the hub on one of the rear wheels) over the lighter powder base coat

Overall it’s an average quality finish for what is a well above market average price, but it was such a ball ache dealing with them I can’t be bothered trying to rectify it - I will put up with them as-is for 12-18mo and then get them redone somewhere else

Took a pair of Mercedes 20”AMG diamond cut alloys in for refurbishment.
Collected the car today and the wheels have been refurbished to a very high standard. They now look just like they did the day I bought the car new from the Mercedes dealership 5 years ago.

I had my Alfa Romeo Giulietta wheels refurbished at Lepsons Wolverhampton. There was a huge choice of colours and finishes and different prices depending on your choice. At no point was I under any pressure regarding choice, no hard sell whatsoever. I was given a courtesy car for the week (which made life easy).
I'm very happy with the finish and would use Lepsons Wolverhampton again.

Absolute brilliant service from Lepsons. Having had my wheels "refurbed" by a mobile wheel refurbishment company they needed doing properly again within 2 weeks as the paint started to flake off. The finish on the wheels after Lepsons had refurbished my wheels is poles apart. For the difference in for what Lepsons do compared to the mobile refurbishment company then Lepsons really do represent good value for money. From my own experience mobile refurb outfits can do small repairs, but for a proper full refurb... no. They don't tend to take your tyres off, they only break the bead. Because of this and the fact they're working out the back of a van they can't clean and prep your wheels properly, and the weather is a major factor so there's a higher chance of imperfections. Again from my own experience, the company I used didn't spray the backs of the wheels, instead just leaving them with overspray on them, which was rough to touch and dull. Lepsons on the other hand couldnt be more thorough. When I recieved the email asking for my car to be clean when I dropped it off so they could inspect the vehicle for damage, I know these guys was a proper outfit, and that there wouldn't be any come back or arguments. When I dropped the car off it was checked in and checked over, so all exsisting damage to the bodywork was noted, so I couldnt claim against them, and more importantly if on the off chance anything happened to my car while they had it there could be no argument. Lepsons removed my tyres completely and removed the valves, before stripping my wheels back and painting them. And if that on its own wasn't enough, checked my wheels for buckles and cracks, which the mobile guy didn't and most likely couldn't do. The tires was then refitted with new valves and balanced, they even left a note in my car saying the wheels had been removed and that my wheel studs had been tightened to the correct torque and should be rechecked after 30 miles. The mobile guy just swang on a breaker bar until my wheel studs squeeked 😱. My wheels are like new, not like wheels that have been resprayed. My only regret is I didn't go to them in the 1st place

Have now had one set of wheels powder-coated and another diamond-turned. Both to (better than) factory specification. I could not be more pleased with the results. Most importantly Lepsons have absolutely the right attitude to getting things right. Also the right people, with the right skills and experience, working with all the right equipment

They collected 4 Volvo split rim alloy wheels that really were in a very bad condition. What has been done to refurbish them in Carrs grey is utterly stunning! Plus they fitted new tyres for me.
Excellent workmanship and the customer contact with all staff was superb.

From obtaining the competitive quote to picking up my vehicle the following week my experience with Lepsons was first class with no hidden suprises, the quality of the work I had completed was excellent, therefore, I would not hesitate to recommend Amo and his team at the Wolverhampton branch to anyone who is looking for alloy wheel repairs or refurbishment.

Great experience friendly staff had 2 sets of alloys done very pleased with both sets.

I had my Bentley continental wheels refurbished at lepsons Wolverhampton. On the first attempt the wheels were painted really dark, unfortunately this also meant the original colour was lost.
To correct this a repaint! I did go there during this process but not being a painter and with the huge variety of colours and finishes, I wasn't able to identify the stock Bentley finish. I did figure that I was using experts who should know what Bentley wheels look like though, right?Unfortunately this is no better the wheels are now nothing like standard Bentley wheels. All I wanted was to refurbish back to the standard colour and finish they originally were.

End result is I now have £743 less in my wallet and really bright coloured wheels I don't really like the look of.

Seamless service from beginning to end! My diamond cut alloys on my RS Clio look like new (they’d degraded & had a couple of scuffs), I’d forgotten how brilliant they look on my car! Thank you Lepsons for doing an awesome job & for your customer service! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Wow, what an amazing service I have experienced. Firstly care on whether I had received my email re the free hire car that I was to borrow. When I took my car in lovely staff looking after me and my car, then a few days later, drove in to see my car looking absolutely amazing!! The wheels looked fantastic!! Soooo happy. Brilliant I can't recommend enough.

Can highly recommend this company. First rate service from the moment you step into the work bay, wheel removed to repair a damaged rim, plus having to order a new tyre to replace one that had a bulge inside wall (picked up during mot) left work in their capable hands as due to be away for a few days. Returned to brilliant job Rim as new and new tyre fitted as I waited to replace damaged one Would like to thank fitters DJ and jack hence the 5stars ,pity it doesn’t go up to 10 stars which they deserved.would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.

I had all for alloy wheels on my BMW X5 refurbished by Lepsons. I dropped the car off on the Tuesday and collected it on Friday. The quality of they’re work and friendly customer service is nothing short of superb. Ive since recommended them to numerous family and friends and I’ll be sure to use them again.
