Where to begin… Im only 18 and this is arguably the best financial decision I’ve made so far, which was to join Lepus Prop. Ill admit I was also sceptical at first, but was given a 1 week free trail.
And joining the live sessions I quickly learnt that Richard Jackson was no joke, he was so passionate to help people become professional traders. His course and live sessions didnt just teach me everything I could possibly need, its also made me completely self sufficient in trading, to the point were I can see this becoming a sustainable income and my full time job. This experience is nothing less than transformative.

What sets Lepus apart is that Richard teaches you to think for yourself. He doesn’t create followers or people relying on trade calls. He develops independent traders who actually understand what they’re doing and can make their own decisions.

Before Lepus, I was looking at another company, but what didn’t sit right with me was how easy they made trading sound. Richard was completely the opposite. He was upfront from the start about what’s actually involved, and that honesty made a big difference in setting realistic expectations.

One of the first things he pointed out was trading psychology. At the time I didn’t fully understand it, but it’s become clear just how important it is in trading performance.

The biggest change for me has been the growth in my knowledge and understanding. The amount of knowledge I now have in trading is amazing. It’s completely changed how I approach the markets, and I now make decisions with far more clarity and structure than when I started.

Another thing worth mentioning is the community Richard has built. It’s genuinely supportive, and having a group of people all working towards improving makes a big difference when you’re going through the learning process.

What I value most is that you’re encouraged to stand on your own two feet, but you’re not left alone. In one-on-one sessions, Richard quickly identifies what’s holding you back and helps you work through it step by step.

For full disclosure, I now work for Lepus. That said, this review is based on my experience as a student first, and that experience is what has shaped my opinion.

I've held off writing this review until I had gone through the course and spent a few months in the live sessions. I think that is the only fair way to judge a trading group, especially as many people looking at Lepus may not yet know what to look for.
I have been trading since the 90s across different markets, platforms and strategies, and like most, I have spent a lot on courses, coaching, indicators and trading rooms. That background has given me a good feel for what is useful and what is not.
Before joining, I sat in on a few live sessions. It was clear Richard knew his stuff, but more importantly, he could apply it live and explain his thinking in real time.
The course covers a lot without being confusing. The strategies are clearly tested and used in practice, not just theory. It is structured well for beginners but still flexible enough for experienced traders to take what suits them.
The community is a big part of it. There are traders using different styles, scalping, intraday and swing, and no one is pushed into one “right” way. Richard uses multiple strategies as confluence, which gives a more balanced view of the market.
Joining can feel a bit overwhelming at first, as many traders already understand or are profitable with the core ideas, but there are plenty in the background at the same stage. The culture stands out. People are respectful of different trade ideas and you are not criticised for seeing the market differently.
There is also honesty. Traders share both winning and losing trades, which is important to see, especially for beginners. Losses are treated as part of the process, not something to hide.
I have been in other groups where different mentors pushed conflicting systems, leading to confusion. This is not like that. It is one voice, with flexibility.
Overall, Lepus feels grounded. Richard is available outside sessions, there is real experience behind it, and the focus is on building something that works for you. Definitely recommend!

Best technical training you could wish for. I have been learning from Richard over the last few months. He is very thorough, has a huge amount of experience he is generous with, and his live trading sessions daily are a game changer. Richard puts a lot into producing quarterly trader development seminars in different states, and it was good to meet other traders there as well, and I very much look forward to the next one. If you are looking for a fantastic trainer right here in Australia, I would recommend wholeheartedly.

Been with Richard for some time now, doing 1-1’s and started trading, the strategies speak for themselves( obviously have to practice so you have conviction), I’m glad that i found a good mentor, who has Immense knowledge in the field of trading. Unlike other gurus who give you a false expectation of trading, he provides you with a realistic view of what really trading is about - commitment, focus and consistency. I really could see my account balance above the starting amount. That's the result after couple month of being a coached by Richard.

The strategy is called 50% Convergence rule has put me on same point of view of every profitable trader that looks at the chart. Very precise rules of entry and unitl TP is hit.

Throughout the mentorship process Richard would have 1-1 meeting with me to discuss my progress.

Honestly, I'm grateful to be trained by someone who actually trades and manages investment fund. Because I've been learning from videos on the internet with no guidance and no proper measures of checks and balances the keeps me responsible of every time and I analyse a trade.

I have completed the 12 Month Professional Training Program and would like to share my experience and what I have achieved.

When you begin your training, you immediately learn the firm’s proprietary strategies that they use to trade in a variety of financial markets. As you continue the training alongside Richard, he guides your development as a trader in a holistic fashion. During your one-on-one sessions Richard will improve and refine your trading technique; and build upon your knowledge of the markets. If necessary, Richard will help with the psychological hurdles that you may experience in trading.

Every trader is different, some of us trade long time frames, short time frames, some of us love equities, or forex or gold! Richard understands this and doesn’t lock us into one instrument and one time frame, we must trade what fits us and he helps us to find our holy grail of trading and guiding us to become the best traders we can be.

One of the reasons why I undertook this training was to gain a deeper understanding and experience of this industry. By training with Richard I was able to gain the knowledge and experience I sought.

During the training, I was constantly exposed to a professional and hardworking trading environment. Being in this environment has allowed me to think, feel and act as a professional trader would; disciplined, objective and confident.

I started a mentorship program back in the early stages of 2021 with Richard Jackson after hearing good things about Lepus Proprietary Trading through mutual successful traders. I went from having a negative portfolio and little idea of technical analysis before Richards mentoring to having an 8% return in just MONTHS as a COMPLETELY NEW trader. The course that Richard offers with Lepus is absolutely amazing showcasing a large variety of videos which cover all aspects of Forex from Technical Analysis, Psychology, News etc. Richard's mentorship also comes with personal 1 on 1 sessions either over laptop or in person where he will teach and inform you of your strengths and weaknesses to make you the best trader possible. Richard truly cares about his students growth and will not hold back to do anything in his power to improve your trading. I paid $5,000 for education which was ok but I also invested $50k into a fund which his traders managed. The 50k turned into $35k which doesn’t say much for their risk management letting a clients account drop 30%. I withdrew my money and never heard from them about it since. Like most people I didn’t complain I just didn’t go back…..
