My son expressed an interest in learning about markets and becoming a professional trader. A source put me onto Richard Jackson at Lepus Proprietary Trading. We attended an evening session in Melbourne where Richard outlined his program and I decided to give my son a crack at it. Richard offers an outstanding program for the dedicated and disciplined beginner or more accomplished trader. My son has read, re-read and read again through the material many times which is complemented by a professional suite of videos. The education is very clear and logical. He meets with Richard on a monthly basis to review his trades and it is made very clear to my son that the standards are not only high, but there is an expectation of compliance in ALL circumstances. There are no short cuts. Personal accountability - often lacking these days in many professions and our culture - is reinforced ensuring the individual remains on point with their learning.
