I purchased a red light pad from LEREDD earlier this year.
The wiring to the pad failed twice in six months.
The first time the company tried to charge me for the repair until they were reminded about Australian consumer law.
I used the pad carefully and according to instructions but the company blamed me for each failure of their product.
They were so unpleasant I paid for the replacement of the second faulty wire.
The new wire is completely different suggesting they are aware of the frailty of the original wires to the pad.
Avoid.

I really like the automatic charging and sanitizing features of the ORISLED Light Therapy Oral Device, and that it has a built-in timer. I'm using it every day, and appreciate the design and convenience of the device.

Easy to use and want to use it all the time! I didn’t buy for whitening but I can tell it is. It also helps my bite, which I like. Shipment was super fast, too. Real customer, real review.

I’ve had my Dome 720 for just over a week now and have used it on multiple areas of my body. I have been treating my winter eczema on my legs and whilst the eczema is still there I am hopeful that over time it will make a difference - after treatment I have this lovely subtle warmth in my legs and there is no itching or discomfort. I have also treated tennis elbow and after even one treatment the pain improved markedly. Another area I have done a few sessions on is my sun-damaged décolletage and I am delighted at how it has improved the texture and appearance of the skin there.

Consequently, I can recommend the Dome 720. I am yet to explore all the colour options but love that I have these choices. I would also advise getting a second controller so that you can always have one charged and ready to go. It has been a worthwhile investment for me and a device I will have multiple uses for. And to top it off I have found the company’s customer service to be excellent.

Excellent products that do exactly what they say, the gloves are great for hands and feet, they reduce the pain of arthritis.

Loving my LEREDD Dome 720!! I chose this product to help with chronic pain and inflammation issues in my feet and now I use it every night. The pain is getting better and I feel so good. I chose this product because of the deep NIR wavelengths and the options of the different colored lights and their various benefits. I could not find another product that had all the options this device had at this reasonable price. Delivery to Canada was super-fast and easy. Thank you LEREDD!

I purchased The Flexi LED M2 to help heal my left hip tendonitis, bursitis and tear to my hamstring. I have had terrible pain issues over the past 2 years and have tried many therapies to help heal the area. Everything has helped a bit but only for short periods. I feel at times I have just been existing and not living. I thought this was worth a try as my physio sometimes uses laser on it and I have felt it was beneficial but not sustained. Having my own pad at home is so convenient and I have been using it twice a day for 30 mins each time over the last week since I got it. I do think it is helping calm things down a bit but I probably need to use it longer to see the full benefits. I choose the pad as I can simply lie on it or I can attach the belt if I need and the fact I can use a portable charger and walk around with it if I like is a bonus. I did a lot of research online and choose LEREDD to purchase from as they have fantastic reviews on google and trustpilot. It appears their products are well made from the highest quality components. The cost was at the upper end of my budget but I feel it's worth it if it helps me.
The website was easy to navigate and the whole process was very simple and straightforward. The postage was very quick and everything came neatly packaged. The product itself feels like it's made of high quality materials and built to last. I look forward to using it over the next few months and seeing how it helps me.

I chose this Blanket as it does the whole body. I have previously purchased the Belt years ago & have used it so much it is virtually worn out. Plus I have the torch & the big the bulb.
I have chronic back pain & this incredible Red Light Therapy Blanket from day one has been amazing decreasing my severe back pain bit by bit. My tight neck muscles causing headaches has improved incredibily, no more panadol. I am now able to go for longer walks without suffering, but I am being careful not to overdo my exercise. I feel so much better & have more energy. My Poodle who has done her cruical ligament in her leg is in less pain & can now walk up the stairs. This is an ingenious invention & wish I had it sooner.
The assistance has been prompt, delivery quick. I had a few problems ordering my next product & the staff were so very helpful & my response emails were quick with my problem being solved.
