They approved my item for return for refund.
They item was return, and I haven't got my refund.
Anytime I email, my email is ignored.
The only time they responded was when when I said i would go to my bank (this was before they approved the return).
Suddenly they had time to write a long email about being a "small business".
But i've had another small business receive a return, communicate to me, and send out the exchange - so don't confuse small business with bad business. Will still go to my bank if this refund is not processed in the next 24 hours.

Got the PJ and robe, it was 100% poly, and WAY OVERPRICED!! It's just cute marketing. In person was something I could have gotten for $20 ... returns were a NIGHTMARE... they make you pay shipping to Australia and only if you contact them within a certain amount of days after purchase. You have to go through emails, and at their disposal - so after you send it back they would decide if they will refund you or not. So you potentially lose the items, the price you paid, and the shipping you paid to get it back to them. Customer service was horrible. I had to keep mine because it wasn't worth the refund process but save your money and go somewhere else. Very poor quality and workmanship for that price. The lace edge was raw, stitching cheep, and material not soft.

Horrible company! They have impossible return policies. Place every item “on sale” so that you can only receive credit to the store. They refuse to call you nor allow for a supervisor to contact you. Do not get scammed. This company should be ashamed of itself. The items in the photos don’t even look like what you receive. Thank you Isabelle for wasting 3 days of my life in dead ends 2 weeks before my wedding. Shame on this brand

I have been trying to get in touch with Le Rose for a week now regarding a missing piece to my order. No response on their website chat or an email answer. Extremely poor customer support, no phone number and no answer. To bad as their product is great the customer service beyond brutal.

Absolutely awful and unprofessional.
I ordered 13 matching PJs for my best friend’s bridal shower as her Maid of Honor. Three weeks after placing my order, Le Rose finally reached out to say that—due to a glitch on their website—the items I ordered were never actually in stock. I need these items next week, and this is when they decide to notify me? Not even the respect of a phone call—just an email.

I will never trust this company again. Stay far away.

The item I brought was cheap crappy quality for the price. I was advised to return the robe to them for store credit. They then stated 10 days later that I did not return it to them despite there being evidence to show that it was delivered to the address that they emailed me. They are a scam beware. Don't fall for the positive reviews either, I also read some of their negative reviews and they seem to have a similar experience with them lying and gas lighting afterwards. They will never accept any kind of responsibility and their aftercare is very poor. Do yourselves a favour and save yourselves money, time and stress and go elsewhere like the WholeBride or Bride tribe for robes and PJs where you will pay much less for far better quality and service

I ordered a white robe on Monday and I received it within 4 days. It came in a beautiful package with a ribbon and gift tag that's perfect if you're going to gift it to someone. The quality of the robe itself is amazing and I'm so excited to give it to my friend on her bridal shower.
