Return process and customer service isn’t great! I’m guessing from other feedback I won’t be getting my money back! I wouldn’t buy from them again.

After virtually trying on my sunglasses I knew I'd found a frame that I loved. The sunnies arrived within a few days and after wearing them for a few weeks they have exceed expectations. Being both du... See more
Quality of the Sunglasses is awful, they are expensive for what you get, which is really bad. Pass on anything they offer, H&M are better and cheaper. The lenses they use have really cheap coatings, a... See more
I've been ordering sunnies from this brand since like 2019. Always great quality and designs. Ran into my first issue with them when I ordered 2 and got one (no fault to them it seems was tamper... See more

Non-existent Customer Service
Took 20 days to receive my order. I bought 2 pairs of sunnies of the same style, 1 pair fit great but the other pair was faulty and loose. Their return policy states that any faulty product should be sent back but we must contact customer service first. I emailed them 5 times throughout 2 weeks with no response, so I sent it back on my own dime without waiting. If I didn't like the style, I wouldn't complain about the shipping cost as it was clearly stated in their policy. However why are we responsible for the return cost when they clearly did not do QC and sent me a faulty product that I'm forced to return? They quickly processed my refund and even sent me an email asking for feedback, which I provided, which was then ignored again. If I'm desperate enough to buy from this brand again, I'd only do so through a reputable third-party such as Shopbop or Net-a-Porter so I don't have to deal with their lack of CS. Very shocked that companies still neglect/ignore customers like this.
Very high quality sunglasses
Very high quality sunglasses. My eyes are relaxed when wearing them. Fashionable cut of the frame.
One drawback is the glare from the inside of the lens - a bit mirrored and I see myself and what’s behind me 😉.
Returns must be sent to Australia
Don't order from Germany!
Happy with the glasses. BUT:
DO NOT ORDER FROM THE LESPECS WEBSITE IF YOU ARE IN GERMANY!
It took over a month for the shipment to arrive (after my holiday was over) and then I had to pick it up at a service point, where I was charged an additional 15 Euros for customs fees. I got in touch with customer service and apparently, this is just something that happens. Tough luck. Buy your glasses at a store if you can. Their shipping and customer care suuuuucks!
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. They have a one year warranty, but want you to do all the work to return it from the store you got it from. Just one crazy circle after another to get them to honor their warranty. I’ve been trying for over a week to get this issue resolved. My sunglasses came with a card that gave me their contact information for warranty issues/claims. What a joke. If they aren’t going to honor their warranties or make it extremely difficult, then why even bother offering it. Will never buy from this company again.
Customers are responsible for returns costs?!
I ordered from the UK, and wanted to return, but found out that the customer is responsible for returns costs. This wasn't made clear from the outset. This will cost me nearly as much as the sunglasses!
Everything was Done very quickly
Everything was Done very quickly. I’m from Melbourne took over the weekend to receive my parcel from Sydney. During Covid restrictions. Very happy 😃
Happy customer here!
Ordered 2 pairs online through official site lespecs.com. The shipping had some delays (took about a month and a half to deliver from Australia to Malta) but it is fairly understandable due to pandemic & travel restrictions. Besides, the tracking information was very easily traced and was updated regularly. Packaging and branding wise, I was kindly surprised! Received manuals & warrants to each pair, plus a thank you card as well! It really makes the whole purchasing experience warm and positive. Products are very fairly priced for the quality and service you're getting, 100% recommended, will be returning :)
Awesome designs for good price!
I love my Le Specs and have been buying a new pair nearly every summer :) I bought my last pair from Myer and absolutely love them. Also great since I dont mind too much if I break them, since they are still quite affordable
