Appalling level of customer service. I was interested in viewing a property they had to rent and i have had zero success in securing a conversation let alone a viewing of the property. I feel for the landlords that are trying to let their properties.

This is a letting agent with some dubious practices and tenants should be cautious. They took a holding deposit which they kept for two weeks, during which time we were required to disclose a vast amount of extremely personal information. Two weeks later, despite this being a month-to-month tenancy, we were asked if we would pay six months rent in advance. When we queried the reasoning behind this, we were told the landlord had decided not to proceed with us or the agency. If this is true, we conclude that the agency was not contracted with the landlord, which makes me wonder why they were taking deposits and soliciting personal information. If it is not true, the agency’s word is worthless.
