I have paid for unlock my iphone4 and when received the message saying that to complete the process i should go to the itunes to unlock my device, it did not work. So i checked my imei in their web site the message has been showed is: it is locked!! Then they just answered my email saying: "i see and will solve it" without due date and have not answer my emails. I'm very angry, because there are more than 20 work days after that i have paid them.

To make the story short:

I made a mistake by choosing the wrong unlock option for my iPhone 5. I emailed their support immediately asking whether I can change it to the correct one. I did not expect much, but to my surprises, they changed it for me for free. That action alone makes them a top rate service provider in my book.

To those who purchased the unlock and expect your phone to get unlocked right after payment: Please research a bit. It simply does not work that way.

Before I decided to go with them, I looked at the reviews and saw that were not giving the "guaranteed" refund, like they promised. But I went with them anyway and sadly I am in the same predicament. They could not unlock my iPhone and haven't given me a refund and it's been almost 2 months that this situation has been going on..... Very disappointed. It is Fraud! Don't waste your time or your money, like I did!

If i am lying the company should comment and correct me. 02/19/14 Still no reimburse.
If anyone had a similar situation and wants to join in preventing other people to be deceived, please message me. This is outrageous!

This time, My iPhone was not factory unlocked, because I have ordered by mistake .
And did not get the refund.
But, Reply so polite and fast, I have to this evaluation.

ME(649)12/12/2013: I have placed an order with you and as per your receipts its a 2-6 days turn around time. Today is the 6th day I have not received any email from you. Can somebody tell me what's happening other than to tell me my order is pending. IMEI 013788006179738.

you bought SLOW AT&T unlock package where delivery time is 30 business (working) days. But usually it takes 7-14 business days.
Your order is in the pending status and you will receive email after it will be completed.

The AT&T iphone unlocking services were suspended worldwide. This is a global outage due to AT&T unlocking restrictions. So we will fully refund your payment ASAP.

I just went through the LetsunlockIphone website on the Testimonials tab and i discovered that one particular client of theirs who is excited about LetunlockIphone service, he specifically says "Order unlock for Iphone 5s looked to Bell Canada carrier. All was done at time ! Thanks good customer support!Real recommend this service" this was posted on the 25/12/2013.

Now as per the email they sent me on the 29/12/2013 they specifically said they are unable to help me due to AT&T unlocking and its global. I assume that this started on 29/12/2013 when they received my email. It also looks like i still have to really beg for my refund too.

All am saying is that i am greatly UNHAPPY with your service not to mention your support team they are really helpful.

well at first i was doubt as i never unlock any iphone before.
but i tried it out to find out. and within less than 3 weeks off 1 month process mentioned, my iphone just got unlocked yesterday..

I have paid for unlocking iPhone 4 . in order it was saig that it will unloc your phone. When they process order they do not give detail. After payment just they give name of network provider which I know already. They are cheater please do't trust this website. I have loose my money.

I don't understand. I was so excited when I found letsunlockiphone5. I just recieved my iPhone 4 as a present, and decided to unlock it. I did this on Friday of last week. I received the Email, just like it said I would, restating that I had just purchased the unlock. Under the time estimate, it said it would take 1-3 days. It has been 6. I tried calling at least seven times, and it takes me to the same voice message every time, saying no one is available. I left a message on the website, and left a comment as well. When none of those were responded to, I sent an Email, that was replied with a very generic response:
Dear Consumer,
Your order is in the pending status. We are doing our best to deliver it to you.

This upsets me very much considering that they gave me no time that the phone will be unlocked. I DO NOT recommend using this site if you want your iPhone unlocked any time soon. It is awful at keeping their word and at responding to your messages.

I am realy grateful I buy my iphone 4 ios 7 in ebay and after that its was surprise for me when I understand my Iphone was blacklist but LetsunlockIphone fine good solution for my Iphone and now I can use everyday

i waited patiently for 72 hrs and i haven't receive any e-mail from "LetsUnlockIphone"
letting me Know whether or not it's Completed; Not Available;or Not Found.

I bought the AT&T unlock (1-72) hours. But now already more than 120 hours but still my iphone 4 AT&T is still not unlock. Been contacting this company and they keep on asking me to wait.
