There must be something wrong with your unlocking process!!!
I have tried everything! I have gone through all the instructions mentioned but STILL getting "SIM NOT VALID" in iTunes... I HONESTLY HONESTLY could not use my iphone... I could not even activate it as it asks for a valid sim. IF IT'S UNLOCKED IT SHOULD NOT BE ASKING FOR A VALID SIM! This is a total waste of time... Please issue a refund. Very very dissapointed.

I placed my order to unlock my iPhone 4S which was locked to the Softbank network in Japan. 4 days later I received my unlock notification. Inserted my new SIM card, connected to iTunes, updated my APN settings and my phone is now useable on another network. Many thanks to the team at letsunlockiphone5.com for delivering as promised.

Is there a realistic time frame I should be waiting for? It's been 22 business days now. Your website was vague as to how long it takes. It says 1-14 business days but then says it can take up to 30. So I am just curious to how long it actually takes.
Is there a certain process? Are you limited to how many phones are unlocked everyday?

I still have not received a reply from the company and I am getting worried that this is just a scam. I am hoping I will receive the unlock within a day or two since I am now at the 27th business day since ordering and they even put a warning on their website telling customers that the delay can be up to 30 business days "Because of new AT&T unlock policy this service might be delayed up to 30 business days."

If the unlock comes within a few days, I will be happy that it came. If not, I will know this is a scam and its just another frustration.

I've placed my order about a month ago, and the status of my order is always "pending". I've write to company, but i've received only "automatic answer" emails that told me to wait for undefinited time. They sell a service that they can't do and they don't take any responsability about. When i write my dissapoint to trustpilot after a month they partially refund me. Bad communication and bad service!

I ordered an unlock service on on Jan 20, 2014 and waited for more than 1.5 months just to get "NOT FOUND CODE" response from the company. And they said I'll get my full refund soon on March 6, 2014, but I'm still waiting for my refund (taking more than 3 months just to process a simple refund is NONSENSE, I believe). Additionally, their email responses to my numerous email inquiries are slow and same (e.g., "you'll receive refund as soon as possible", "We'll check it again", "we are doing our best to refund you ASAP", etc) I would never use or recommend this company. Worst service ever experienced!!

I ordered for my phone unlock on Aprill 10th. The time line for unlcok in their website says 1-21 business days. Today May 14th 2014, it has been more than one months, I still not get my phone unlocked and nothing to receive when it will get unlocked or get my refund. I send them couple messages to know what's going on, they answered me very funny--they told me my phone was delived to unlock even before 21 busniess days, then should I get it unlocked in 21 business days instead of waiting for more a months!!!!? IF you can't get the phone unlocked in time, dont make any excuses to cheat your customer!
I will give them 2 more days, if they still cant get it unlocked, i will tell them to cancel the order and refund me in 10days otherwise i am gonna dispute the charge.
It seems they are playing some game if they cant unlock your iphone. STOP MAKING EXCUSES of you cant control the delaying of unlock service, if you cant unlock the phone in time, refund your customers. There is not couple days delay, it is put your customers on forever waiting!!!Sorry, I was very patient and trusted them, but they are not worth it.

Tried to get an iPhone 4 unlocked through another company and for whatever reason it was unsuccessful. Decided to try letsunlockiphone5.com and while it took 2 weeks, they were able to get the job done. Will recommend to anyone.

I just got an iphone 4s unlocked form them and to be honest was skeptical about this site. was searching a lot of different and then decided to give it a shot. And I am glad I did that. Hello, I ordered for unlock on the 7th of Feb. On the 11th, i recieved an email that IMEI was Not Found for Service: 231 AT&T iPhone 4 OUT OF CONTRACT SLOW & was told i'ld get my refund ASAP. Its now 11 days & no refund yet. This is the 2nd tym this is happening to me with this company. Every day im told i will get refund ASAP! Im very disappointed!
