The learning support was world class. Knowledgable SMEs are always on hand to provide support, even after hours in many cases. The learning materials are clear and the trainer/assessor was absolutely fantastic! It was a genuine pleasure to learn under their guidance, and I came out with a vast improvement in my skills and knowedge in the industry.

LET Training has been great to work with. Assessment is marked very quickly, and the assessor (Marissa), is amazing at responding quickly and assisting with role plays, and anything else you require. This course is really something that you can do at your own pace, which allows you to submit assessments without strict due dates. Overall, a great experience.

I have now completed my Diploma in HR with LET Training.
I really enjoyed completing all the tasks—even though they were challenging, they helped me understand new concepts. I can’t forget to thank my trainer Marissa, who supported me throughout this journey. Her approachable style made complex concepts easier to grasp and inspired me to stay focused.
I also completed a few units in Certificate IV in Business, guided by another remarkable trainer, Robyn. Her support was outstanding encouraging me at every step and helping me complete my sessions on time with clarity and motivation.

I would absolutely recommend anyone to enroll here without hesitation or a second thought.
The course materials were easy to understand, and the instructions were clear for completing tasks section by section. The roleplays made the experience realistic, giving me an opportunity to go through simulated situations—which is so important and necessary.
The timely reminders sent to students were incredibly empathetic and encouraged us to stay on track.
I especially want to thank Admin Maria for her prompt and clear communication throughout. The fees are also nominal, making quality education truly accessible.

Overall, A+ guys!
In the future, if I decide to study another course, I’ll surely come back here.

I completed the Cert IV WHS. In hindsight, it was hard to stay disciplined during self-paced study, with lots of things happening in my personal life. I would have gave up, had it not been for Robyn. Robyn took the time to develop plans with me, give me deadlines and helped me structure my time much better. I look forward to being issued a WHSO Certificate of Authority from WorkSafe Qld, thank you again.

Hi all!

I signed up for the Work Health and Safety IV and Diploma in Leadership and Management double course. Please, do yourselves a favour and choose another provider for your learning.

The courses are extremely poorly designed, with the learning modules and materials being of a poor quality, design and structure. There are embarrassing spelling errors which is a clear sign of poor quality, the content is irrelevant to the topic and often doesn't match the assessments, making you search externally for the answer anyway. The program they use is useless, often not working and even when it is, it is frustratingly clunky.

The knowledge assessments are rather easy after you read the question 4 times to understand the poor grammar and English they use and decipher what it is actually asking. The skills assessments are an actual joke, the design of these documents are so poor that they became a source of comedy in my household and workplace as I showed people how bad it was.

The content is irrelevant to the course topic, leaving me often reading it thinking 'what on earth does this have to do with what I was intending to learn'. Again, rendering the course a waste of time.

I will not be completing my second course because my time is worth more than wasting my life doing the rest. I wish I could get a refund.

Save your money and time, go to a different education provider to learn!

LET Training is the best format of education I have come across. Self paced, with a tutor that cares about you. My tutor, Robyn, was amazing and helped me the entire way.
This was not my first Cert IV ive completed. The previous college I used had me talking to a different tutor for every assignment. While I managed that well, LET's method is far superior.
The learning modules were clear and easy to read and understand. Same with the assignments. There was one module whoch presented me with difficulty as it had been written in a significantly different way than the rest. I was informed near the end of my Cert that this unit is in the process of being rewritten.
LET training also audits their students' roleplay recordings to ensure accountability and to ensure we meet the time minimum for the assignment.
Every communication I received was clear and easily understood. Wether it was from admin, the tutors, or the check ins outlining the month's discussions.
I have nothing negative to say, and will be using LET training again for my next certificate.

It’s a great learning environment. Enjoyed working with my assessor Marissa, she made sure you understood well and created an environment where you felt safe expressing yourself during the learning and assessment role plays.

Had a lot of help and support from amazing assessors during completion of each course.
Like any study it is challenging and requires effort from the student.
Recorded webinars of detailed explanation how to complete practical assessments were a great help as well.
