I enrolled and honestly have not done…
I enrolled and honestly have not done much since, due to business, however I hold some previous qualifications, and some existing units and wanted to do a combination of RPL and sessions. While there is an amount of automated communication. there is little to no personal contact or follow-up.
It does not help that I have not been in contact either, however I have dealt with 4 - 5 training organisations over the last decade, and on current performance, would not deal with your again nor recommend you.

No direction with questions
Don’t really tell unit guidlines, don’t agree with marking criteria and don’t get shown it
Trainer has connected with me which was little to no help no resolution was reached with trainer and trainer essentially putting blame on me extremely poor when the trainer says things like "I dont know what to say" "This has never happened before" " I don't know why I'm supposed to call you"
Puts absolutely ZERO faith in the trainers that they have there marking the assignments
There is NO Marking criteria to provide further support on the trainer didnt even mention it !!!

With other training companies you would…
With other training companies you would have a call from a trainer to see how you are going. With LET Training I have not heard from anyone. It would be nice if at least once a month the trainer contacts the student to see how they are progressing with their studies

LET Training Feedback
LET Training have been amazing from the moment I first enquired about doing my Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety they provided me with everything I needed to get the course done. It was a very easy process from enrolling and paying for the course to being able log into their website and start the modules. The trainers are fantastic and are always just a phone call away should you need help with completing a module or just wanting to check that you are on the write path for an assignment. I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer or Training provider.

This study experience was hard for me…
This study experience was hard for me due to the fact I have not studied for a long time and did not organize my time well in the beginning.
Resulting in me having to extend my course time by 8 months.
my assessor was very supportive and always gave me constructive feedback on my work.
I would not have completed this course without the help from my assessor.

Very happy with LET Training.
LET Training were awesome. When I reached out they were always helpful and I felt they had my best interests in mind. I struggled with course mainly because of work commitments and poor time management but finished it in the end.
My support person (Ian) was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I will not hesitate to recommend LET to anyone in the future.

Exceptional Experience.
I work for a University in admissions, so choosing an RTO for my Diploma of Business qualification consisted of many months of research and talking to a number of representatives, my standards were high.
I was instantly impressed with the agent from LET Training, he answered my questions and sent me tailored emails and documents.
The price to study was achievable and made easy to pay via the weekly payment scheme.
The portal was very easy to use, I loved the visual system of seeing how you were progressing.
The information and work books were concise and easy to search.
The most outstanding part of my experience was my trainer, Ray. Ray is an exceptional communicator in both written feedback, emails and especially when talking on the phone or whilst engaging in presentations with me.
The turnaround time for grading was very fast, never longer than a week.
If I had questions I had them answered usually within 24 hours, mostly much quicker and this well above standard for a busy RTO.
All in all, I felt completely supported, I learned a lot and felt that achieving a Diploma in Business was much more than a piece of paper, I have a new perspective of strategic areas of business.
I would without doubt recommend LET Training to anyone investigating CERT III - Advanced Diploma level qualifications.

I found the course enjoyable
I found the course enjoyable with the content being quite relevant. The course trainers were very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. They encouraged me to work hard to find the answers and as a result I felt my knowledge of WHS by the end of the course was very good.
Studying online can be a challenge when doing group exercises, there were a few work arounds such as doing the work with family or friends online.
This is one area that could be explored further to enhance the students experience.
Overall a great course .
