THE SUPER LADIES AT LevelUP

The SUPER LADIES at LevelUP although based in Milton Keynes have managed my property in Hale Cheshire and provided prompt, professional and most courteous service. At all times Carla, Dawn, Terrie and Sadie have been most efficient. Our legal advisors received all documents in perfect order and at moment's notice. As a result our legal advisors were able to complete all formalities in record time.

I recommend LevelUP very highly and want to record our appreciation for their efficiency

Had an amazing experience renting a property through this agent. Dawn was a delight to work with. She was extremely helpful and very professional. Great company

Great company! I am a landlord and was having difficulties with one of my letting agents in Luton. I have transfered over to LevelUp and haven't looked back. They are friendly, efficient and very reasonably priced, they have tenanted all my properties rapidly and at good rents, and attended to any maintenance issues swiftly. They have also been steely and determined in the face of deeply unprofessional and bizarre attacks from my previous agent. I couldn't recommend them more.

Dawn was one of the most helpful and easiest going person I had contact with. She made the whole process stress free and kept me in the loop consistently. Always responding to queries and emails in a timely manner. All my questions answered. A brilliant experience from start to finish. Especially Dawn.

Really knowledgeable.

Really knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I found Dawn especially great. She answered all my questions and put my mind at rest. It can be quite stressful and Dawn and her colleagues were absolutely brilliant. Thank you all.

We were severely let down by our…

We were severely let down by our previous management company and transferred to Level Up at the beginning of this year. The service has been excellent with all of the team members going that extra mile to help. New and vastly improved systems have been put in place to ensure the smooth running of the building. The monitoring of the building has led to much higher standards in terms of general housekeeping and cleanliness of the building. We are so pleased to have moved to Level Up and look forward to a long and happy relationship.

WE WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT AGAINST THEIR MALPRACTICE - THEY ARE HAPPY TO WORK WITH ILLEGAL DEVELOPERS AS LONG AS THEY GET THEIR FEE.

Rented a flat from LevelUp

Rented a flat from LevelUp. Never really had any issues and if I did the issues were always dealt with asap. I liased more with Dawn and Jackie throughout the 2 years of living in my flat and they were always helpful, prompt and would always have a quick response to emails. I have also received my bond back within 2 days which is brilliant as I haven't had to wait long for it. Thankyou for everything. Take care. 😊

Level Up have been complicit in…

Level Up have been complicit in confirming unfair and extortionate service charges. They are complicit in an almost triple price increase and have not provided good receipts for intended service costs. They have not been the sole issue, the main issues at midland road come from the criminal developers. But as a management agency with years of experience they should be able to differentiate between fair building costs and extortion. Midland road leaseholders are living in a building that does not meet health and safety requirements - that should be the first thing to rectify. As managing agents they should ensure we have building completion before demanding payment for managing communal areas. Of which most are issues relating to the building completion. Level Up have replied to other points saying they always reply - this is true. But they do not adequately answer questions, and verbally agree to things without action. Many of the things put in place are subpar and we still have serious security issues. For example a gate has been constructed with no key or fob access provided. Again issues stem from the developer but if I had a managing agency with a commitment to good reputation, I would refuse to manage an illegal, non compliant, dangerous and incomplete building.

They do an excellent job and offer the most competitive rates in town. Catherine is simply superb and magical in her proactive nature, being honest, getting things done quickly. 5 STAR*** COMPANY AND SERVICE

My dad has found himself in a bit of a situation with the property he was renting and had to take some very quick decisions... if it wasn't for Dawn at Level Up, he would have had to go through a very hard time. Dawn has helped us with a completely kind, emphatic, yet professional attitude, and made a big difference to the whole process. We couldn't be more happy. I highly recommend it!
