Out standing service
Out standing service. Great website. Found the exact part I was looking for from the parts manual. Fast delivery service. Something NZ struggles to do. Lexus NZ said they had to get the part from Japan and had to be specially made and would take about 12 weeks to make as they didn't hold that part in stock. So I no where to go for spare parts. Terrible return policy
Terrible return policy. They sent me an open box part (blower motor) and refuse to return it since it has an electrical connection. Anything electrical is non-returnable even though the part was not new and previously used. What a joke.
