LG stands for LOW GRADE garden furniture

Spent £2500 on LG outdoor furniture at John Lewis. Stored indoors and yet the rattan on the table top has all broken. The quality of the furniture is very poor and I would not recommend buying from them. Look for better quality brands.

Extremely poor quality products

Extremely poor quality products. I paid £1749 for a 6 seating dining table and chairs. The table top wicker warped terribly under the glass, got brittle & disintegrated, poor design. Refused to help with spare part replacement even when I was willing to pay for it! AVOID

Great customer service

We bought our LG Outdoor furniture from John Lewis and some years later we had a house fire. Some of the cushions were in the house and were badly smoke damaged. I contacted LG Outdoor directly to see if I could buy a replacement cushion cover and they sent me two free of charge! Great customer service - thank you so much.

Bought two sets ig LG outdoor furniture…

Bought two sets ig LG outdoor furniture two chairs and table and a six seater table and chairs. The rattan on two chairs have perished and the rattan on the large table is perishing more every day. Our guarantee is out since May this year. Like other reviewers I was told the guarantee is up so nothing they will do. My daughter bought a much cheaper set from the range at the same time I bought mine and hers is still perfect. Waste of money

Steer clear.

We bought a set of 8 chairs with matching table and parasol. After approximately 3 weeks an aluminium framed chair has failed, on closer inspection the frame has cracked and the welded on nut has come away. We paid good money to cox and cox for them only to receive what is clearly cheap tat made in China. We await a response from cox and cox.

Poor quality products

Poor quality products. The table failed due to UV degradation of the plastic woven material within nine months of purchase. We complained and were told, because this range was discontinued they would reimburse the cost of the table only, then offered a pitiful amount which was nowhere near the replacement cost. Now a year on the chairs are going the same way but are out of warranty.
Wish we had never bought it. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Unknown fault

We purchased a table and 4 chairs - the weaving on 2 of the chairs perished and snapped within 2 years. The rest is all good but when we approached LG they did not accept fault and simply offered to sell us 2 further chairs. We declined as we are still unsure why the other 2 perished. Is it just pot luck?

We purchased a 7 seater Monaco Sofa set…

We purchased a 7 seater Monaco Sofa set and when delivered one sofa lega was bent rendering the sofa unstable. Leisuregrow replaced the sofa within one week.
The quality of the furniture and cushions seems comparable with other brands in this price range.
The After Sales service was excellent.

Sofa wasn't fit for purpose, save your money

Bought the LG Stockholm Sofa - it has been covered in the summer when not in use and then stored inside in the winter. Within 4 years the cushions had faded, and the inner cushions had disintegrated into dust. I called LG Outdoor for help and was told the warranty for the cushions is only 1 year and asked, 'how long did I expect them to last?' Retailing at £3,000 I would have not expected to have to shell out several £100's for new cushions within this time, which I now apparently need to have custom made. Doesn't seem like the company cares once they have your money. Please save your cash and buy a different brand. So disappointing. We saved really hard to buy this sofa which we expected to be a premium product....

LG…Very poor quality.

We bought garden furniture from LG Outdoors costing around £2500 , it hasn't Bern used very much and has been covered with an official cover 7 or 8 months at a time and the cushions in one of their storage boxes. The table has disintegrated from the centre and is breaking off... I am sure the furniture had a 5 or 10 year warranty but apparently it is 3 and just out of warranty so they are not willing to do anything. I would advice against buying with their expensive prices as their quality and customer service is dreadful.

Do not buy LG Outdoor products

It’s been over a year and a half now since the original emails about a faulty item. I remained patient when their swing seat cover was broken and they promised to replace it. I’ve remained calm and patient and listened to their ongoing excuses from various sales reps. I’ve asked when will the cover arrive and the excuses or lack of response is really poor.

Really dissatisfied with LG Outdoor. Feels like a scam brand that lacks any customer service and takes money but won’t repair or replace their faulty items. I’ve had better experiences from brands such as ManoMano who you’d maybe expect poor customer services from. So I urge you to avoid LG Outdoor products as they are sold in garden centres too as well as online. When their flimsy items break you won’t get any support or replacement parts.

RUSTING OUTDOOR FURNITURE.. NO WAY!!!!!

Last Autumn I purchased the Morocco Ceramic 4 seat dining set.. Then stored for winter inside my shed..

Pulled it out in spring to start using it.. (now only 6 months old with 4 being stored in my shed)

The table was ok, but, all the chairs had rust appearing in small patches. All 4 chairs were effected.

Rang the company and was told to buy some Hammerite Paint !! The site advertise a 2 year warranty but on reading the small print RUST is NOT Covered..

A ridiculous situation for OUTDOOR furniture!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!!! A Stove Enameled Items should never rust, when carried out correctly!!
