The last reviewer was 100% spot on. LG is currently engaging in massive fraud and have no respect for consumer laws. I ordered a part and even had proof from what they sent to me that the model number for my fridge was correct and the part number they said supposedly matched that fridge. That part arrived and did not fit the fridge. Since then, for two months they have made excuses saying 'someone will call you tomorrow'. Every. Single. Day. Apparently no one works there apart for people with no supervisors who tell you they know nothing. It is deliberate, illegal and fraudulent. They take your money and you will not see it again, nor have a functional appliance in your home.

Be aware. Do not buy LG and provide money (wasted money) to this fraudulent organisation.

Ordered some spare parts for fridge, containers and the rubber that goes around the fridge doors to help it close properly. Doesn’t work on my fridge at all unfortunately even though we received the right item etc. emailed them and they sent us the return address. Items were shipped out at our own cost and this was last year August. Item shows delivered at the requested return address and there has been no contact since. After a while the phone number that was given stopped taking calls and I am owed between $80-$100. If this doesn’t get resolved I will be taking further action. DEFINITELY D NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. GO BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE.

They charge you 20% restocking fees and 10 for postage even though they are responsible for sending wrong item never ever buy from this group
