Great product, and great customer service!

I love my new lhanel mini reformer! It’s a great way to work out without ever needing to leave my house. I have young kids and getting to gym is not easy. Being able to have the reformer at home and use the workouts provided is great!

Everything was simple and got to me safely. So far I love the quality and performance of the item!

After buying my daughter a reformer amd receiving wonderful customer service I was more than happy to buy my own reformer.
Again delivery of my reformer was as promised and when I've had after purchase questions the team replied quickly.

Randomly saw this product on facebook and instantly ordered. Received the reformer board within a few days. The product is easy to use and the customer service i received has been awesome i accidently ordered something i did not need and they are giving me a refund

If I could select 0 stars I would. Poor quality. Just a knock off for premium price.

Board came damaged with missing parts and unusable and expect me to pay £60-70 for return postage due to their lack of quality control. They expect you to dismantle and replace parts. Band also ripped after one use. They also send out used and dirty parts even though you paid for something brand new. Stay well away !!

This product is user-friendly and all attachments are fully functional, suitable for use in various settings such as in bedroom, living room, or outdoors, and is easily portable to any location where you wish to exercise, my husband and I highly recommend it.

My Pilates Reformer Set got held up in the post for a few days longer than usual but Lhanel customer service tracked my parcel and it was sorted out very quickly. The Pilates board I have to say is excellent, it’s a very hard exercise for me because my stomach is the weakest part but the board is SO easy to use. If your not used to Pilates it’s best to start on the beginners routine and make sure your bladder is empty. The videos are a must to watch so you get the exercise exactly right for the true benefit. Have to say the board is worth every penny and the free extras like the knee board, socks and belt all get used, very useful. My stomach is hurting after just one session and it’s so much (less) stress on the back than doing normal sit-ups laying on your back. A really A1 piece of equipment!

Now I can work out at home in privacy and they give directions how to use everything too.

Customer service is great. Sometimes that hard to find these days.
