Wow what scammers.

Wow what scammers.
Very very proactive at the of taking your money (in advance) and “book the appointment”. They showed up hours later than agreed and said:it’s almost 5 pm, I’m out. Didn’t do a thing. I’m left with a bunch of insults and no job done. Avoid please

Avoid this doggy company and protect…

Avoid this doggy company and protect your ventilation system!

The engineer arrived on-site and confirmed that the issue was with the PCB. Simply replacing the board would solve the problem, he said. After completing the work, he switched on the Summer Booster and only tested the main bathroom. When he left, none of the bathroom ventilators were working as they used to, as there should be loud noise coming from the ventilators, especially in our main bedroom. In addition, the lights on the machine were not properly positioned.

Once I identified the problem, I reported it to them. It took them four days to reply, and only after I had to chase them through phone calls and emails. During the email exchange, they consistently tried to shirk responsibilities. They denied that the engineer had switched on the Summer Booster, insisting that the ventilation system should automatically change modes, controlled by the PCB. This claim was quickly debunked, as even the engineer admitted on his second visit that summer booster must be done manually. They also argued that I had only booked for a parts replacement, so they had no responsibility to check the whole system. This contradicted what the sales team had told me; they assured me that the engineer would handle the job comprehensively.

The engineer returned today and repositioned the lights, adjusted the fan speed, and tested all rooms. The issue was resolved. However, they then turned around and attempted to charge me for the visit, claiming that everything was working fine. I replied that if the engineer had done his job properly on the first visit, there would have no need for a second visit. I also questioned how, if the engineer hadn't touched anything related to the fan speed, there was suddenly no noise to indicate the ventilators were working. We pay for professional work because we expect professional service and advice. If I had known all these details, I could have done it myself.

A heated argument ensued over the phone with the company owner, Rashik. His stance was that since the machine was working, I called the engineer back, so I had to pay. I vehemently disagreed. The issue could have been avoided if the engineer had done his job properly on the first visit. None of them could explain why our ventilation system was noisy when it was working, and why, after their repair, it was quiet as not working at all. The second visit, which involved a thorough check, resulted in the noise returning, and I could tell that the system was functioning even though I'm not an engineer.

I refuse to pay, and I want to warn every homeowner to avoid this company. Their engineers are not accountable for their work, and the owner of the company seems to have no concept of customer satisfaction beyond making money.

Great all round

Great service, fair price, excellent advice, including to turn on the heating once a month to stop a valve sticking.
