I love my new hairpins. They are very unique and super cute. I wish I could get them to hold a bit tighter.

They work really well, but not on newly washed silky hair. They don't damage hair and you can get really creative with them.

Like these pins just like ones my great aunt used to use in her bun I also like the tutorial videos will lots of hints and different hairstyles-learning how to use these properly getting better and placing pin in correct position and direction

They are really nice hairpins. It took a few tries to get the hang of them. Love the way they look in my hair and there is no sliding out once they are in place.

The hair pins are nice looking, but are unsuitable for fine hair, they just slip out and don’t hold in place.
The “risk free” is a joke and only a 50% refund is offered.
Buyer beware

This business has very deceptive return policies. They do not mention the fact that any purchases have to be shipped to France at the consumers expense for a full refund. That is if they actually accept the return and don't find a reason to not refund you. They state on their website to "try it risk free for 30 days". What that means is we will offer you a 50% refund to keep them.
If they want to be a fair and consumer minded business they should offer returns and refunds without any excuses or hassles. I wouldn't trust this company.

The pins stay in place! The items arrived within the time expected. The gift box was beautiful.

I purchased the hairpins because they were on sale. I have very thin/fine hair and wasn’t sure they would stay put or that they wouldn’t show thru. They work great. If you make a size smaller - I definitely would buy again.

Totally useless; I tried every suggestion and they just fell out. I have reasonably thick hair. Made of cheap plastic, definitely over priced. Be warned.

I was a little worried about the trustworthiness of this company. However my package came in a timely manner in a very pretty pouch. They're a little bit hard to figure out how to use but I've been watching the tutorial so hopefully I'll get it. They're very pretty. They're lightweight. Well made and I'm really hoping they'll work with my thin hair.

Easy to use. Even though my dominant hand is not working well I find that I am able to use the hairpin extremely well.
