You did not send the Wine to my address…
You did not send the Wine to my address - as promised, but used UPS, which put it to a shop - where I had to go to and pick it up myself. They even lied to me, saying, that they tried to deliver it to my address, which IS Not true. Absolutely unacceptable!

The delivery companies especially during holidays get under stress and their level of service is not up to standard. We always share with our customers the tracking link beforehand to make sure that these things happen much less. Unfortunately what the drivers of UPS do for each package is out of our control.
