While the bag looks exactly as advertised it is certainly not real leather, more like plastic with a funny odour. Very disappointing! The sale price seemed reasonable for a real leather bag but is definitely overpriced for faux leather. As I bought it in the sale (hurry offer ends tonight but is still ongoing) I am unable to request a refund. Wish I’d checked Trustpilot first as I’d never have bought one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

I’m a huge fan already. This handbag has quickly become the one I reach for every morning without thinking twice. It arrived within a week and when I had a quick sizing question their support team answered almost immediately.

I wish there was a 0 star. This piece of rubbish took over a month to be delivered. It is not "Lux Leather". It is some form of micro fiber material, poorly made as well. I have messaged the company, to no avail. I am not paying out of my own pocket to return it to Australia, guess I'll donate it to Goodwill and stop payment on my credit card.

Bag advertised as luxuary leather but not any type of leather l am familiar with, more like a pvc type material. Overall good design and just what l wanted but very disappointed with the material used to produce the bag. Ok for everyday, throw it around use but definitely not a bag l would take out. Should have looked at trust pilot before ordering. Haven’t tried to return it as l know it’s going to be a problem as l dare say it’s come from China.

If I could rate it zero I would I really wish I had read all the other reviews before purchasing this bag. How they get away with advertising it leather when it’s PVC it’s doesn’t look like leather and doesn’t feel like leather it’s a total SCAM if you want to return it you have to pay to send it to Australia.
They should be prosecuted for false advertising .

If I could pick 0 or -0 I would. I have been waiting for weeks to receive my bag and the site for tracking is not accessible. AI Emily told me to try the same link as the one I had and again it doesn't work. Since I was purchasing the bag for a gift to a friend, I asked to cancel my order and requested a refund. Have NOT heard back from them so all I have is that the order was placed and packing slip made. I guess I just write this up to experience. Wish I had read reviews first like I usually do!!

Ordered what was advertised as genuine leather tote bag and wallet albeit at reduced sale price. Nowhere in the info did it say it was actually faux leather/plastic .
When it arrived late, on opening package I was appalled at the rubbish quality and material this bag was made from. I am now going to attempt to get money refunded / send back to Australia even though sent from China?
Please people do not buy from this company!

Avoid this company!! I purchased the ‘luxury’ hobo real leather bag with free purse/pouch. The company does not tell you until after you have purchased that the product is being shipped by boat from China. It arrived later than the delivery time stated. I would never have purchased if I’d known the shipment was by sea. When it arrived it is anything but luxurious, it is not real leather as advertised. The lining in the side zip was caught in the zipper so it was stuck open half way. Certainly not handcrafted as advertised.
I emailed straight away with the poor quality, they asked for photographs, I sent plus a video showing the zip could not be moved due to the lining being sewn into it.
The returns policy advertised is a lie, they will not refund in 30days as advertised, I sent them a screenshot of their online policy. They expected me to pay for the refund to Australia even though it was shipped from China, have the tracking evidence to prove, once they decide it’s faulty they would only refund 50% of the purchase price. Had I seen this bag in person I would never have purchased it.
I am not spending a penny more in postage costs to Australia from the UK, only to potentially have 50% refunded.
I have since read all the negative reviews, I wish I’d researched before I purchased. This is a genuine review and I hope others will read to avoid them disappointment also.

Libra cases are a scam . The products are NOT LUXURY LEATHER but synthetic vinyl.
The straps are thin and the clasps weak and frail.
The customer service is disgraceful. ;- if you want to send the items back you have to send them back to Australia. THEY Libra expect the customer to pay for the shipping. Then after they( LIBRA) have inspected the item/items will decide if you get a 10% refund.
BTW; A similar hobo bag and wallet can be purchased from cheap websites for less than £10.00.
Libra are breaking trading standards legislation and should be banned and reported to trading standards, Watchdog and other consumer programmes..

I am disgusted… ‘Libra cases’ should be banned from doing business. The purses are all vinyl …not leather…this is false advertising and I urge all unhappy purchasers to contact Canadian Consumer Affairs. Their return policy is very misleading…and why should consumers have to return these sub standard products to Australia…when they’re shipped from Mississauga Ontario. Time to put this dishonest company out of business.

The quality is appalling, the web adverts are totally misleading and when it comes to the “Risk free 100% money back return”. They offer you either 10% of the original price if you don’t want to send it back to FREEMANTLE,Australia or all your money, once they have completed “their” checks if you post it back.

Description of the product is fraudulent it is NOT leather - beware!!!

The only reason I have given one star is because its the lowest I can give, in reality there would be no star.
Avoid this company at all cost, there products are not manufactured with genuine luxury leather as stated.
Their products are made with man made synthetic pu leather and are cheap and nasty.
Their customer service is absolutely appalling and their free returns policy is non existent.
Don't be fooled with their fancy website and social media videos as what you see and expect to receive is not what you will get.
Their products are cheaply made rubbish that you will buy at your local market for pennies.
Be warned, avoid Libra Cases and their poor quality cheap nasty products

Purchased a Libra handbag. When it arrived the inside zipper was defective. I’ve been trying to return it for days, keep getting a round around.

Bags advertised as luxury leather. Definitely NOT. Finally got into the company - which is not easy - takes days to get 1 reply- they said it's PU leather - which of course is not leather. Scam company. Beware.

Where do I start? Took over a month for delivery. BEWARE .. once the order hits Australian shores they wipe their hands of actually delivering it to the purchaser's door. They mark it as delivered once it reaches Australia .. then you're on your own. The bag! I have had it confirmed by a local tannery/leather workshop that it's NOT LEATHER .. IT'S VINYL. Zippers on the bag are impossible to use. If you do get them open the pockets are so shallow they too are useless. This bag's quality is abysmal. $79.95 of complete and utter rubbish! Don't bother asking for a refund. All I received was "WE DON'T REFUND". I've been in tears with the frustration of dealing with this shoddy company. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY .. they lied to me. I donated the bag to my local op shop.

I today recieved the delivery from Libra described as a leather bag it is cheap plastic. Delivery took nearly 3 weeks not the 4 days they put on their revievs i am disapointed snd feel like ive been mislead /scamed by their adverts etc. Do not buy!!!
